Very nice pasticceria in the center of Palermo. They got all kind of pastries traditional from Sicily. We tried actually their tiramisu and didn’t disappoint, it was perfect. Next time I would love to try their cannoli and other specialties. The street is usually busy and they remain open until quite late.

We came back three times for the granita brioche plus the cannolis, try everything and enjoy! Coffee is not bad either. Might be a line, but it’s worth the wait to sit outside and watch the baroque Quattro canti and the mountains in the far distance.

Based on our tour guide you can get the best traditional water melon gel here. Either in the form of a cake, or in a cup. The taste is not too sweet with a strong water melon flavour. The cup was better than the cake.

A beautiful way to start the day with the best pastries and the best views in Polermo. Very hard to pick our favourite, so why not try them all. Give yourself a break, you're on vacation!

The one thing that I missed in Sicily was a proper bakery and I’m glad I finally got to visit one in Palermo! We had a maritozzo, a corner to with pistachio cream and a sort of bun (tasted like a french chouquette) filled with cream and strawberries. All three pastries were excellent, if you go to Palermo please visit this place you will not regret it.

Pasticceria Costa is an absolute delight for any dessert lover! From the moment you step inside, the inviting aroma of freshly baked treats promises a culinary adventure like no other. I indulged in their Sicilian cannoli, and let me tell you—they are to lose your mind for. Crispy shells perfectly cradle a luxuriously creamy filling, accented by just the right amount of sweetness and a hint of traditional citrus zest. Every bite is a celebration of authentic Sicilian craftsmanship and passion. The service is warm and attentive, making the entire experience feel like a cherished tradition. I wholeheartedly award Pasticceria Costa 5 stars for its exceptional quality, irresistible flavors, and the pure joy it brings with every delicious treat.

I love their branch in Via Gabriele D'Annunzio 15 - the decor and atmosphere is amazing, they have really good pastries. I went with my friend to the one in the city center and the staff was really unfriendly and even rude. What is even worse, although they have seats and proper cafe place, they serve coffee in plastics cups.

The sweets are good but please hand out real cutlery and not this plastic crap (which breaks if you try to eat your cakes). Also, staff is really unfriendly. Would rather go to Morettino across the street.
