Pasticceria Cucchi

This pastry shop deserves more than 4.0 stars for sure! Not only is the staff fantastic and accommodating, but the food is amazing. We walked past and decided to stop for a bite because the ambiance was too cute! We ordered the brunch special and were extremely satisfied. Their espresso is impressively dialed in, it was smooth and not too bitter, and their latte macchiato was probably the best I’ve ever had. Their pastries are to die for, flakey and buttery.. tasted amazing. So good that we had to come back a second time. I’m counting down the days until I can visit Milan again just to eat here.

My friends (who are locals and regulars) invited us to join them for what they called the best brunch/lunch spot in Milan — and they were absolutely right! From the moment we stepped into Pasticceria Cucchi in Corso Genova, the vibe was fantastic – stylish, character-rich and full of great people. We sit outside. Everything we tried was delicious. The place has a truly wonderful aesthetic and atmosphere, which matters so much nowadays. If we ever get back to Milan, we will definitely stop by again — and we’ll recommend it to any friends traveling from Greece who want top recommendations for Milan. Thank you so much. Very special place to have breakfasts especially knowing that it is one of the most historical coffee shops in Milan! The pastries and hot drinks are spending and the staff are all very friendly. Would love to go back again!

I only tried one dish here but found the overall experience pretty mediocre. I had a sandwich which was nothing special, and my friend had a slice of panettone which was also not that amazing compared to how expensive it is. It might be a hot spot for travelers but I wouldn’t go back for seconds.

Very disappointed. Not only was the coffee cold, but it costed a fortune! It’s one of the most expensive coffees I have seen in Milan; no wonder there were no prices displayed… (€4 for regular cappuccino and €4,50 for oat cappuccino) And sure, it’s the centre, but there are other places with way cheeper AND TASTIER coffees. If you’re going to serve overpriced coffee, at least compensate with the taste… both cappuccinos (with regular and oat milk) weren’t that good, and again - served cold. The only positive thing I can say is that the service was polite. But we went there for coffee and were not delighted with it.

Historic pastry shop in Milan. We stopped here for a "coffee break" with friends and took advantage of the large selection of pastries offered. This is, after all, a historic pastry shop that will not disappoint expectations. Location that reveals its history, large inside, but which offers an outdoor area for hot days. The service was fast and friendly. The coffee is good, as is the small pastry shop we tried. An excellent choice for those passing through Corso Genova!

we visited this restaurant two times during our stay in milano, the first time we were absolutely delighted, we had an amazing service, who took great care of us and delicious food! the second time we went there the food was still delicious, however the staff wasn’t as great, they did forget about parts of our order even when reminded and we had to get another waiter to get it for us. aside from that it is cute little cafe with very good food! (just a heads up sometimes they run out of pastries, so i recommend coming in early)

Top notch pasticceria, cafe and bar worth visiting at any time of the day as its menu and store layout is very versatile. If you’re asking for directions, the name is pronounced “cookie” not “coochie”, you can thank me later. We went in for an aperitivo around 6pm before dinner reservation nearby. The standing bar area was packed and very lively, and there was a wait for a table so we stuck around the bar. We didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for service by the bartenders, all of which were truly great. Got 2 Negroni and an Americano, along with a tower of stuzichini (bar snacks). Drinks range between €9 and €13. We enjoyed it so much we came back after dinner around 9pm for a few more drinks and pastries for dessert - it was much quieter at this time. I asked Marco the bartender for a drink including rabarbaro Zucca and he just made something up that was outstanding.
