Prices are way too expensive €3.50 for a small cappuccino 2 coffees two crossaints and tiny cakes for €16? No physical menu only QR codes in tiny letters no one can read. Prices aren’t clear for the pastries so basic things like croissants are listed croissants were also small okay nice looking cafe but doesn’t justify the prices at all. Rip off could easily find the same quality for under €10. Bathrooms are also up a flight of stairs not friendly for those with mobility issues. Google reviews aren’t accurate at all

Great service. Even better selection of options to treat yourself with.
Locals love this place for a reason. Great spot that isn’t in a touristy area

When you see the windows of Pasticceria Gattullo it's hard not to stop and go try one of those tasty looking pastries. The vibe of the place is great and luxurious and definitely inviting. The little parties and the café espresso eas absolutely delicious.

If you want to experience the elegance and luxury of Milan, this is the best choice. With its classical decor style, a variety of exquisite foods, courteous service staff, and of course, excellent coffee, this place embodies the essence of Milan's sophistication and luxury.

This place hardly needs a review - it’s a perfect pasticceria! The cakes are beautiful & taste delicious. The sandwiches also looked lovely. This is a place to linger & sip coffee slowly with special friends. My son had the seasonal donut with his macchiato. I had a tiny chocolate cream filled chocolate with a fresh raspberry on top & a fine Earl Grey tea. (And possibly the nicest toilets in a Milan cafe so far…)

I work in old-fashioned restaurant in Vienna and experience in this place was something that I couldn’t explain without bad words.
Mid expensive pastry, no small glasses of water to the coffee, zero friendliness.
I am always friendly with the staff, as I work in this field myself, but here people don't even try to be nice to you

Traditional Italian pasticceria first opened in 1960s and maintaining that charming atmosphere. I had an espresso macchiato and maritozzi with strawberries, as recommended by CN traveller, which did not disappoint. A short walk from the Navigli district, this is a perfect stop for a morning or afternoon pick me up.

One of Milano’s finest pasticcerias. Excellent dulce, brioches and sandwiches. Did I mention the perfect coffee and great service? When in town I will certainly return to Gatullo. Love it.

Yelp
I have to update my score from 4 to 5. Today I tried the pain au Chocolat (which they call "fagottino") and it was a proper croissant dough with a delicious chocolate filling. Crunchy outside and soft inside, with a beautiful honeycomb structure. Absolutely delicious. Skip the classic Italian Cornetto/brioche, go for the croissants. Espresso and cappuccino were very good too.

Yelp
The fresh brioche is over the top good. Try the chocolate pear filled one...to die for! Also, good panini, pick your meat and cheese and toppings, freshly made all.

Yelp
Great choice for a business or formal meeting. They serve high quality coffee and a nice selection of Italian cookies. This place is very classy and original. A true Italian experience.
