Natale Pasticceria

I came across this patisserie by chance while searching for sufganiot on the map. Although they didn’t have them, I was absolutely delighted by what I found instead. First of all, I would like to highlight the atmosphere. The moment you step inside, the place feels truly beautiful , elegant and full of charm. It feels festive and inviting, and you immediately want to stay and look around. The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. They were very well presented, spoke English confidently, and made the whole experience even more pleasant. I especially appreciated being offered a tasting, which was a lovely touch.I tried several sweets and ended up buying a selection. Everything was fresh, beautifully made and genuinely delicious. What surprised me the most was the pricing for such a luxurious-looking place, I expected much higher prices, but everything was very reasonable.I truly enjoyed the experience and the quality of the products. I would happily return again and would love to try the ice cream next time. Thank you to the staff for their kindness and professionalism. I left with very positive impressions and would gladly recommend this patisserie.

Forget the pastry, looks good but tastes like nothing. eggy taste, no pistachio flavor, cheap pastry , cream texture ok , but no flavor, Baba is too boozy, you taste just the alcohol and the sugar. Totally overpriced. Skip it!

We got here by pure chance after eating at least one pasticciotto every day during our trip. I can confidently say this was the best one I had. It was the perfect mix of creamy and crumbly. not overly sweet and overall incredibly satisfying. It was so good we even went out of our way to go back and purchase one of the overly priced T-shirts… no regrets! The only downside is its price, at €2.20 a piece it definitely was on the expensive side in comparison to others in the region but so worth it.

All I can say is wow! Don't walk, run to Natale and try their pistachio ice cream. It's incredibly creamy and bursting with flavor! The staff is very friendly, and there are plenty of seating options available. It's a fantastic place to enjoy a sweet treat, whether it's day or night. Their other flavors are amazing as well!

Stick to their pistachio flavor and you will not disappoint. It is rich and creamy, not too sweet. As someone who travel a lot and tried many gelatos in different places, I can say their pistachio flavor is among the best I have tried. The berry flavor however, is a bit too sweet and I don't recommend. Their waiting line is a bit disorganized - you need to get a ticket first before you can ask for any flavors, which is not obvious for the new customers. If you don't have a ticket then you get kicked to the end of the waiting line, and waste a lot of time.

Absolutely great ice cream! A lot of special kinds to get here with support from the friendly staff. For 3€ you get the “small ice cream”, which are two big scoops. The pastries look good as well, but we have not eaten any.

Hands down one of the best places for both gelato and pastry in Salento that we have been to (and we have been to about 20 or so over two weeks). The gelato selection, texture, flavor, and finish are amazing. The pastries are just awesome, also with a great selection. And the service is just impeccable. We rarely visit any place more than once, and we were just compelled to go here three times! Brava!!

We were passing by right when they opened in the morning, and we joined the group of people lined up and ready to buy delicious ice creams and pastries. They had many flavors and patiently let us try different ones. Stavamo di passaggio proprio quando hanno aperto la mattina, e ci siamo uniti al gruppo di persone in fila e pronte a comprare deliziosi gelati e pasticcini. Avevano molti gusti e pazientemente ci hanno fatto provare di diversi. Hanno anche molti prodotti da forno.

Very good gelato place in lecce right by the big open square with the ancient ruins - there is a line but it goes by pretty fast - they also have many baked goods but I didn't happen to try any

Excellent! Windows are decorated (as I write this, they are getting ready for Easter). Inside you will find some great gelato!
