This pasticceria is a must in Rome. I come here every time and try something different. Highly recommended. Wonderful old fashioned. This time I bought the Panigiallo Romana. Amazing taste!

Easily the BEST CANNOLI in Rome! Made fresh to order. The cannoli pasty was nice and crisp. Did not get soggy nor taste too overdone. Perfection. Must stop.

Don’t come here it is not welcoming at all. The lady who works here is very disrespectful and very standoffish. I was trying to make a purchase and she asked me if I was paying cash. I said no I have a card she said no sorry no business for me.

I hope this place prospers. Seldom do we see such places in this day and age. Pure quality and authentic products in an old setting. Bought lot of biscottis for kids back home and tried their rather big cannoli. Perfetto

Wandered in here for the cozy atmosphere and tried a few pastries, loved the homemade butterfly chocolate and tried mostaccioli for the first time. Good prices and the attendant was very helpful!

Best fresh cannoli in Rome!!1! I have no idea why there are no queues, but the store is very nice and—again—the cannoli are amazing!

Yelp
You can't come to Trastevere and not visit Valzani. If only just to breathe in the aroma. Once you open that door, and that chocolate aroma wafts over from the laboratory in the back, you will not want to leave If you are a chocoholic, you must add this to your bucket list Family-owned since 1925 (and with the original fixtures to boot!), this chocolatier is one of the best in Rome

Yelp
Disagree with last reviewer -- woman inside was very nice. We spoke in Italian (she spoke and I tried to respond in choppy Italian). Very old fashioned place. We went on a Sunday and the pope was on the TV. Lady made cannoli on the spot for us.

Yelp
First I have to say is the lady inside was incredibly unwelcoming. Not in the, sweet grumpy way, but legitimately she yelled at us. Was not pleased. There is basically no selection and the food there is looks incredibly unappealing. Had to leave the store because she was so rude to us.
