The Place Firenze Hotel Will Show You a New Side of Florence - AFAR

"A historic, artisanal pasta maker in the Chianti area with more than 80 years of history; its traditionally produced pasta requires an 18-minute boil and is made slowly over days rather than hours, resulting in very low gluten and a prized texture and flavor (the operation even has a museum explaining the craft)." - Annie Fitzsimmons

This was so so so amazing! Pierre explained the whole process to us, we got to see the factory and taste raw pasta. I can never eat wrong pasta ever again. When you are here, definitely do the tour, it was incredibly interesting and well explained. Thank you so much! Since then we have been ordering Fabbri Pasta to Germany. It arrives super fast and we can enjoy the amazing taste all year around.

My family had a wonderful tour with Maddalena and Tony Rigatoni. I would 100% recommend this tour for anyone looking for a good time.

This was an amazing tour where you learn all about the history of pasta, how to make it and how the flour is created too. Our tour guide Maddalena was so kind and so knowledgeable. Highly recommend this tour!

This is slightly deceiving as they don’t have a company store nor tours available without booking. The museum looked awesome so if you want a tour go ahead and preschedule online or call them. We did however buy the pasta from the grocery mart/cafe of course the street! Check the website and book ahead

One of the best pastas in, i guess, the world. Made from old wheat variants with tons of good stuff and dried for days (rather than minutes with super hot air as it is the case with industrial pasta). Basically it does not get any better.

Great visit and great tour where you can feel the love for the products, for the craft, and for the people, both those making it and those eating it (merci à notre fabuleux guide)
