I used to come here to get some of my favourite patisseries. However, today was disappointing. I had the tarte vanille tonka and the noisette, both of which did not taste fresh. The creme on the noisette was very thick with some discoloration probably due to being old. The tarte tonka was also not at all fresh with the tart base being nowhere close to ‘croustillante’. I also found the chocolate cake inside the tarte very dry. For 7,5 euros a piece and from Cyril Lignac, I expect nothing less than very fresh and daily made patisserie quality and it definitely was not the case ….

Google
All three pastries are super delicious, especially warm Chausson aux pommes that is crispy outside and soft inside. I'd like to buy more from this store. Strongly recommend this store.

Google
To be honest, I tried five items, and none of them particularly impressed me. I only enjoyed the bread with vegetables and sun-dried tomatoes. The chocolate in the round pastry was quite bitter and had a rather artificial taste.

If you're walking along Place Rochambeau near Palais Galliera, make sure to stop by La Pâtisserie for a delicious selection of unique and high-quality pastries. It's a great spot to grab something on the go, as the café is takeaway-only with no seating available. Perfect for a quick treat while exploring the area!

Google
Everything was absolutely delicious and the staff were just lovely. Special mention for their little pain au olive and the round raspberry pastry as they were FANTASTIC

Google
Amazing bakery open very early when compared to other breakfast places. We picked some and it was very delicious and soft, with rich flavors. We will go back again and pick up more.

Google
Staff is very friendly and fluent in English, so you dont have to worry about ordering or paying if you're not proficient in French. Nice choices of patisserie, we bought 3 pieces you can have take-away or bring to the cafe next door to order a drink to sit in. A small garden just outside where you can sit on a bench and enjoy the cake. Cutlery provided by the patisserie.

Loved the Equinox dessert, never had anything like this. For the first time I tried a pain aux olive, and it was tooooo good!

Yelp
A fever dream of sweetness. Impeccable desserts. I could eat anything here and die a happy woman!

Yelp
Wasn't initially planning on coming here but found that it was close to where we were walking past so made up quick pit stop. Such FANCY stuff here! Equinoxe - apparently their best selller. So much going on in this one. Some speculose something, crispy proline, caramel and I don't remember what else but overall everything meant well together. Very soft cut on the outside but that bottom crisp part was a little hard to break. Good though. Chausson aux Pommes - SO SO GOOD! It was basically like an apple turnover. Filling was so good on the inside and it was warm and flaky on the outside. Amazing! Baba au Rhum - we did NOT expect this to be this strong. Proper soaking in rum, but delicious! The cream on top is so good. I could have had it on its own! Really good combination with the actual cake.

Yelp
Excellent everything, balanced flavors, well executed rolls. Extremely nice to US citizens and English. Go in the morning when all the bread is fresh. Traditional baguettes were crunchy and light. With some butter/cheese/jam/ham, really hit the spot. Croissants were fluffy with a slight crisp edge. Not overly buttery but flavorful. Pan au Chocolat had a similar texture to the croissant and loaded with a dark chocolate on the inside Cereal/grains baguette was similar to the traditional baguette. The grain flavor is ultra pronounced, unlike American breads. Pan au fromage/cheese baguette - mozzarella and blue cheese. It's a balanced baguette with some sourness from the cheese but not overpowering. There's no cheese pull action if that's what you are expecting. Got it early in the morning so it was still warm. Bread with sun dried tomatoes and olives. Has hints of tomato/olive flavor in the bread until you hit a sun dried tomato then you get a kick of flavor. Preferred the cheese bread. Kougnaman - my favorite. Crispy/sugary exterior and fluffy buttery interior. Perfect with a coffee Apple pie/ choux au pommes- wife's favorite. Crispy/sugary exterior with apple jammy filling. Chocolate roll/ pippette au chocolat? (forgot the name), it was death by chocolate. Chocolate roll with chocolate chips. Not for everyone but hit my sweet tooth.

Yelp
La Pâtisserie Cyril Lignac wasn't on our radar when my boyfriend and I created our list of pâtisseries to go to based on food vloggers, so I got to give it to Google for this one. The desserts at La Pâtisserie Cyril Lignac were the best we've had so far on our trip, and we were on day 4 having already tried 2 famous ones that I won't mention here. We went to town on the desserts and ordered Paris-Brest, The Equinoxe, Forêt Noire, and Mont-Blanc that I forgot the name. Paris-Brest is one of my favorite desserts, so I was happy to find it was exactly what I expected. I just loved the creamy hazelnut filling and soft choux dough. The little cakes were absolutely stunning. Their presentations were so different, and I appreciated the modern take on traditional flavors. Each cake had different textures in the middle and complex flavors. If I had to choose my favorite, I would go with the Equinoxe. The black forest was my boyfriend's favorite. The Mont-Blanc was a unique fruity, vanilla tart and nothing like I've ever tasted. We also ordered a croissant for good measure. Although the croissant was very good and buttery, it wasn't my favorite.

Yelp
This bakery has limited but solid options. We ordered croissants, baguette, eclair, flan, and what looked like a chocolate muffin. Service was quick and the location was clean.

Yelp
We stopped here right before heading out of town. We are so glad we did. The Equinox may have been the best dessert we had in our 5 days in France. It truly was like a bite of heaven, with a creaminess on the outside and caramel and crunch on the inside. The other desserts in the case also looked like little pieces of art. We picked up croissants to try for breakfast. They were very flaky with the perfect mix of softness and crunch but they come in second next to the croissants at Madruga Cafe in Coral Gables, Florida, which have slightly more flavor. We wanted to buy a whole cake to take to London but they recommended against traveling so far with one of the cakes. They were right; the Equinox still tasted great but was melting an hour into the train ride. I will definitely be back for more Equinox and to try some other desserts on my next trip to Paris.

Yelp
Everything is stunning in here !!! I really wanted a croissant and this was around the corner from where I was staying ! I'm so pleased I stumbled upon this !!! The pastries are beautiful ! I got the chocolate croissant and plain croissant and was gifted a baguette !!! Totally in love with this cute cafe 9 out of ten

Yelp
Delightful Pâtissèrie that is worth visiting. The croissants were light and fluffy, with that buttery center. I really loved the Rhum Baba as it is deceptively light, but drenched in the rum reduction. My mouth was in Heaven! The Equinox was good but not my favorite. I also recommend the caramel tarte and tarte au citron, for those who enjoy lemon tarts.

Yelp
I don't know why no one talks about the chouquettes but those were off the rails bomb.com. Like I ate one walking out the bakery, made an immediate U-turn, and went back for 5 more. Def get like 10-15 when you're there because they're doughnut hole bite sized, light, and a little crispy on the outside. Croissant was pretty good, although not the best I've ever had. It's buttery, soft, and warm, which is always nice... but I was hoping to be mind blown since this is in Paris duh. It doesn't have countless crispy outer layers and contrasting delicate insides like the best croissant I've had. Weirdly or sadly, the best croissant I've ever had is still Patisserie Rotha in California Bay Area. Baguette cereal was pretty tasty. It also didn't blow my mind but someone half of it magically disappeared after my 20 min back to the hotel... so I guess I can say it's def not bad lol. A few misses are the countertop mini pain de mie with figs or chocolate. Tastes very doughy.

Yelp
The best croissant au beurre you can ever imagine. You must try also the chausson au pommes Amazing

Yelp
Get the equinox. It will blow your mind!! Great staff and very friendly people. A must in Paris.

Yelp
She threw in a citron marron macaron for me. I think it was because she watched me valiantly try my order completely in French. I left my phrase book on some sucker chair in SFO; I was reliant upon my memory now. But she helped with my pronunciation and she bagged me 2 gianduja Amande ones that were gorgeously cold,& asked for €3.6! What a treat, what a fun purchase. Her store is a work of art. End of story.

Yelp
Cute shop with pretty pastries. Fantastic plain croissant. Friendly service. _________

Yelp
This place is the truth. This bakery was our first stop upon arriving in Paris, and it was a fitting start to a spectacular four day interlude in the city of lights. The baba au rhum is one of the more unique and memorable cakes that I've had in my life -- absolutely soaked in sweet, floral, sharp rum. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Delicious pastries! Saw this cute store walking by one night and had to return to try it out. Was not disappointed but service could be friendlier.

Yelp
Popped in to get a couple of sweet treats which we enjoyed by the river, had a flan and a very nice pastry called the Swiss. Lovely shop, expected more variety but pastry is executed to a very beautiful standard. Worth a visit if you are around.

Yelp
Tried a couple of croissants in Paris and this had to be the best one we tried. Opens really early (which was nice for some tourist like us) and a friendly smile when we opened the door was all we needed for our touristy day. A lovely arrange of pastries, my choice that morning was a chocolate croissant and that's all the doctor ordered. Flaky, filled with chocolate and not too buttery, I was a happy guy to say the least. We wanted to go back for more but couldn't find the time in the remainder of the trip. If you're near the arc de triomphe take a walk over and enjoy some good pastries.

Yelp
Everything here is amazing, especially in comparison to American bakeries. We couldn't resist from grabbing one of almost everything in sight and they were all lovely. Plus the lady behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful (and spoke English which was a big plus). Just glad I don't live in Paris, otherwise I'd have trouble resisting eating pastries all the time.

Yelp
This was by far the best bakery I've ever been to in my life. (I've had my fair share of baked goods). None compare to this place. My friend and I scheduled a weekend trip to Paris and we had maybe 20 minutes to spare and I wanted to pick up a baguette before leaving the city. My maps thankfully directed me to this bakery. Every item here is a piece of art in itself. While it may be expensive for one small cake, you're paying for the artistry, the flavors, the atmosphere. My experience with the service here was splendid, and if I ever make my way back to Paris, this bakery is an absolute must.

Yelp
I know, Paris is flooded with patiseries and often times it's impossible to decide which is better than the other. However, Cyril Lignac is a standout in the quality and presentation of their goods. Their pain au chocolate and croissants are fantastic. I'm also very partial to the Equinox, the combination of textures in the layers of the cake is one of the most interesting to my amateur tastes. Looks like they just recently updated their branding to include playful and bright take out bags and boxes so gifting is even a better treat!

Yelp
This was a repeat visit. This time I was on the hunt for a lemon tarte. We ended up getting 3 different cakes. As well as bread and croissant. And some chocolate bars. My oh my. Everything is so delicious. Can't wait to go back. Reasonably priced too.

Yelp
Amazing place. Great cakes, great pastries. Royal chocolate was amazing. Must try. One of the places you must visit for a sweet tooth.

Yelp
Fortunate to live a block away - quality baguettes, croissants, and of course luxurious pastries. A treat daily

Yelp
i had a croissant and a chocolate desert and they were both amazing! im surprised this place is not popular and the tourists are still running to Laduree! Im a fan and i will certainly return to try more of their offerings

Yelp
Really miss this place. It was a gem in Paris. Delicious baked items including the best macarons.

Yelp
If you are visiting Paris, I say one of the must-do's is trying French pastries! French really got it down. My friend and I have tried their salmon sandwich, ham sandwich, soup, and cappuccino cake . Their sandwich bread is excellent but a bit too hard to my taste. Cappuccino cake is decadent and just heavenly. I have not tried other pastries or cookies there but I have a feeling that those are the real deal. Wish I had more time in Paris!

Yelp
We started our day here each day while in Paris. Warm baguettes, Croissants and Eclairs. The staff are very nice and the baked goods are even better.

Yelp
One of the best spots in Paris! I stumbled upon La Patisserie walking back to my hotel from the Eiffel Tower. I was hungry and wanted a quick snack before dinner. I popped in for a quick Croissant and baguette to go. After the first bite of the croissant I was hooked. This bakery is everything you would expect from Paris, times ten! Subsequently, I returned to La Patisserie the next 3 days in a row, sampling the different items on the menu. I had the following items: 1. Traditional Ham and cheese on a baguette, with lettuce and the bread is lightly buttered 2. Ham, sun dried tomatoes, Italian cheese spread, and hazelnuts a baguette - this one is my favorite 3. Tuna, sun dried tomatoes on a baguette 4. Raspberry tart 5. Fruit tart with pistachio cream 6. Chocolate eclair 7. Multiple croissants - this is a must try Everything I tried was amazing! They also have salads, but I did not try these. However, I'm sure they are good as well. The staff was beyond friendly and helped explain the menu, which of course I did not understand and had questions about. Pointing at the items worked fine, but their explanations were most helpful. La Patisserie is a great place for a quick light breakfast, sandwich lunch, and/or afternoon snack. Bon Appetit!

Yelp
Sooooooo amazing! Seriously a taste of France that everyone imagines as they are in the US watching travel channel and Food network! Lovely lovely lovely!

Yelp
Fresh amazing croissants - super flaky, not doughy. Best ones we had so far. Pain aux raisins also delicious, flaky and crunchy. They were fresh out of the oven.

Annie C.

Yelp
Amazing croissants. Had one from here every day while in Paris even though I try to go low carb. I'm sure the cakes would have blown my mind.
