Patagonia cabins wheels

The ferry service is not reliable, I was stranded in Candelario Mancilla for more than a week due to there not being a ferry becuase of "bad weather" No compensation. They blame it on the weather. I believe they just wait until it is economically viable for them to go.

We used Ruedas for their boat transfer from Villa O'Higgins to Candelario Mansilla. The trip was delayed for 3 days because of winds, which is understandable. However, despite visiting their office twice daily during those three days, they never once mentioned to us the process of attaining a certificate of Salva conducto for the Chilean border. This resulted in a 5 hour delay at the Chilean border, missing our Lago Del Desierto boat reservation and having to spend the might at the Argentinian border. People who transferred with a competing company, Amigos Patagon, were informed of the process, completed it prior to arriving at the Chilean border and continued happily on their way with no delay. If you need to do this trip choose Amigos Patagon. Do not choose Turismo Ruedas

Great place to stay! The cabaña is very big, clean and cosy. Angelina is a really kind host.

Tienen buena ubicación, sin embargo, no cumplieron las expectativas. Confiamos en ellos por su valoración y por las apariciones de TV, pero la experiencia no fue la mejor. Desde el día 1 la atención telefónica fue mala. El día de nuestro arribo, misma situación. La cabaña era bonita pero no impecable. La cama y la puerta del baño crujían. Para más remate, en la mañana mientras nos bañabamos llegaron a cambiar el gas (el cual funcionaba sin problema) obligandonos a pata la ducha. Luego de esto, sin poder terminar la misma ducha, cortaron el agua... Según ellos era programado, pero no nos avisaron, raro. Yo creo que simplemente nos querían sacar antes de la hora del check out. Personalmente, no lo recomiendo. Nos quedamos en la cabaña 2, quizas las cabañas nuevas corren mejor suerte.

Muy lindas las cabañas! Son muy cómodas y se mantienen calentitas con la leña, ideales para descansar después de las aventuras en la Patagonia. El desayuno podría complementarse con algo dulce, además de la mermelada. Pero en general muy buena experiencia. Es maravilloso abrir la ventana y escuchar los chucaos.

Es un alojamiento cuyo servicio de atención general es muy precario. No se encuentra presente un recepcionista a quien consultar necesidades. La cabaña no tiene llave para asegurar la puerta. No posee horno microondas. El desayuno no tiene variedad de alimentos. Las porciones de proteínas no son suficientes para todos los huéspedes . El personal del desayuno es descortés. La ambientación de la habitación no es armónica en su con el entorno.

Excelente cabaña, fuimos 6. Todos muy cómodos. Ducha agua caliente, toallas para cada uno. Ubicación cercana a todo. 100% recomendada. Volveremos a villa ohiggins en estas cabañas sin dudar.
