Patagonia Queenstown never disappoints. Head upstairs for the stunning views of the lake. Enjoy chocolates, cakes, pasties, ice cream and hot drinks, including premium teas. It's a real treat ! I have now tried quite a few things here, and can't wait to try more

I brought my down jacket with a hole to the store and explained to the staff that I would only stay for a few days. Since the repair would take several days, they kindly patched it with a temporary fix — a trout-shaped sticker, which was super cute 😍. I’m also a beginner learning fly fishing, and I came across the information about the Fly Fishing Bar and their handmade flies. Before leaving Queenstown, I had the chance to visit. The two staff members at the Fly Fishing Bar were very professional and attentive. They not only guided me through making my own fly nymphs but also patiently answered my questions about casting. I truly appreciate their dedication and kindness!

Do not be put off by the long line. It moves reasonably quickly and is absolutely worth the wait. We enjoyed it so much that we went back a second time. The chocolate covered cones are a great touch, and the portion sizes for the gelato are very generous. We would highly recommend the Patagonia white chocolate flavour, which was delicious, although everything we tried was very good. The staff were polite and welcoming. The price point is on the higher end, but the quality fully justifies it. Overall, one of the best gelatos we have had in New Zealand and a must try when visiting Queenstown.

Unhelpful staff that are more interested in sorting stock than being helpful and friendly. Also always a really small range of stock available in store than versus online. I have had many issues with the staff and store before and will not be returning.

Tried their dark chocolate and red velvet desserts — both were really good!

Had an amazing experience at this store, and wanted to give a special thanks to Shelen for selflessly helping me tie flies to use for the area, spending a couple hours providing incredible information and knowledge for fly fishing New Zealand. Thanks to her I was able to go out that same day and catch my first New Zealand trout. If anyone is it all interested in fly fishing from the novice to expert, I couldn't recommend stopping by the store and talking with Shelen enough.

Epic time chilling and learning all the ways to make a fly fishing lures from a super swag dude Scotty who was mega knowledgeable and a stellar teacher the store atmosphere is also very laid back and all the employees will help with what ever is needed!
