Patagonia x Worn Wear

I was at store yesterday to make an exchange. I drive down from Wisconsin once every few months. Jason the manager is very personable and knowledgeable. We had an insightful and meaningful conversation about travel, life, journaling and it was special. Tyler the person who helped me was well informed and very knowledgeable about the products Patagonia sells. He is a new employee I found out and it’s obvious and appreciated he knows what he is talking about . I can’t recommend highly enough how good this store is and helpful and personable the employees are. I wish it was closer. They are the type of people I’d like to hang out with.

The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. And the day that I came, they had oysters for anyone who came in, which is insane. This store is huge, but it makes you feel like you’re at home.

We live nearby and came in yesterday again to get clothes. While we had our child try on the clothes, I saw two cashiers exchanging looks. We got permission to try on before we did. Someone approached us upon arriving, but disappeared after we asked a question. We got two fleeces for our child within 5 mins. When paying, my husband asked where is the receipt, and the cashier didn’t even acknowledge us. She was already busy greeting the next customer. We didn’t feel welcome. It’s a pity as we like the brand.

Staff is always pleasant and they have a great collection. I brought my old Synchilla in that had a missing snap button and it was repaired in store in less than 30 seconds for free.

First visit to a Patagonia store and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Abby in worn wear seemed very nice and had a great selection in popular sizes. I live over a hour away and it was worth the trip. Even picked up some stickers/post cards and a patch that Eric left for me to pick up. Can't wait to visit again!

I love how big this store is, how well thought-out the layout and design is, and how friendly the staff is! They have a huge selection for kids, women, and men and if they don't have anything in-store, they are happy to order it for you online. Is Patagonia pricey? Yes. You're paying for high quality merchandise that is going to last you years if you take care of it. I also love that they offer free-repairs and trade-in value for old coats. The staff here was phenomenal. We came with my mom to buy coats for ourselves and the kids and I am pretty sure the staff spent the better part of 2.5 hours with us trying on different coats, talking through the different styles, etc. It took a while, but it was well worth the time spent and I am beyond thankful to the amazing team here for walking us through it all. It can be overwhelming with the choices and they helped us narrow it down to our exact needs. We have been very happy with our purchases especially with all the snow and the arctic temps we've had recently!

Happened to be in Chicago and saw this shop was right by my office so I brought in a Patagonia jacket with a broken zipper. They said they could fix it in 4-5 weeks and deliver it to me, all for free. Couldn’t ask for more!

The best staff ever!!! Wow just so amazed at how well they treat their customers . Some of the kindest staff I’ve encountered . I came to this store to do a simple return on an online purchase . The staff took care of me immediately and even suggested they can do a price adjustment!! I was so happy with this tip that I didn’t return my new jacket . I got an immediate refund for the price difference . After this, I asked her about a broken zipper on my really worn Patagonia jacket that I was wearing. The young woman didn’t skip a beat and said she can fix it right away . And she did !! My old jacket is almost 10 years old and she put in a zipper within a few minutes and for free. I love how the company is not materialistic nor greedy. They make really good quality items and there were people coming in to trade in their used items . There is also a section to buy used jackets . Patagonia is a Great ambassador for our planet ! I can see the staff carry this conviction as well.
