Tonight I will not be giving ANY STARS for the service and treatment me and my family received. I only gave this establishment 1 star in order to post my review. I went out on a nice evening during this crazy pandemic to enjoy time with my family. Before arriving, my relative paid for 2 lanes of $76 total. After arriving, I asked to add one person to the lane. The lady at the counter added her with no questions asked or any explanation on any changes that would occur with adding an additional person. As the night continues, I proceed to pay for 1 more game for each of the two lanes we paid for ( 27 & 28 ). I paid $32, no questions asked and no explanation of anything that would be affected by this change. I played all 3 of my games on lane 27 before lane 28 even got to the third and last game. Three balls into the third game on lane 28, the game shut off. When I went to ask why this happened, a woman who would not give her name, stated that we played three games on each lane. I explained to her that lane 27 finished 3 games but lane 28 had not and I had already paid. She walks away to get her manager. That is when I met Dan Lowe. Dan explained that once you add another person, it automatically starts a new game which would technically void the first game that didn't have the added name. I explained to Dan that the lady behind the counter took my money but never explained that because had I known that, I would've just opened a new lane. Dan proceeded to say that from the information they have, 3 games were played on lane 28. Each time, Dan changed what the problem was or how we got to this point. Eventually I asked for the lady's name that had originally processed my money for the third game, so I could speak to a higher manager or at least write a review. Dan stated that it was his fault that she messed up because he trained her and he is the manager. I stated that this situation is understandable but what isn't understandable is how you're handling it. If you're saying that you admit there was wrong on your part, why isn't there anything that can be done? He stated again that I played the games that I paid for. I asked Dan if they had Yelp! To make a review and he said no. Well here I am. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the treatment we received tonight after spending at-least $200 between food, drinks and bowling. I will never go back alone or with my family. I don't care who's right or wrong, I care about the fact that a well known establishment In my home town would admit their wrong and still act as though I was wrong.
