Path train

Cleaner than the subway, but still looks dirty. The trains are efficient as well as the time tables they run by. Smooth and comfortable ride, but don't expect seating during daytime operations

It was a very practical option for me getting to new York from New Jersey and vice versa. It is a good and economic option if you are not in a hurry. They have an app where you can check the schedules and time the trains arrive at the stations, it's cleaner than subway. I don't give a 5 because it has a creepy sound when it moves between Christopher and Newport stations 😜

so there are no signs showing you where to go really and if you are not familiar with the local system people don't want to really talk to you so you have to get someone's attention to figure out where you're going as there are no people working there to even point you in the direction to go and it's expensive

The Path train is a great way to get from NJ to NYC. I highly recommend getting the Path app so you can get alerts and be aware of station closures. We rode from Grove St to WTC the first day, but Grove St was closed for the weekend so we caught the train from Exchange Place. If you get off at WTC you just walk through the Oculus to get the Subway. We also felt very safe.

Station was fine, but there are no instructions or sign boards to understand on to which platform train would arrive and go for newbies !! A chart with all station names would be helpful !! We are first timers couldn't understand fully based on Google maps and ensured by asking fellow passengers who were waiting !!

Does what it’s meant to, and I have never had a bad experience

Good backup when there are nj transit issues and I need to get back to nj from nyc.

Super super super fast and useful. It is the lifeline of most people living and working in New york and New jersey. Amazing frequency and speed
