Patio Hostel

I stayed one night in a female room. Bed wasn't comfortable and clean. There were towels, shampoo and soap for personal use, which is quite nice. Bathrooms was clean. Hostel is beautiful and location is good, staff are helpful too. Good for short stays.

staff was very nice. location was close to the historic center and walkable to most important landmarks in the city. the rooms were on the smaller side and the water was cold in 9°c at night so not ideal. the towel is the size of a hand towel so bring your own.

Unfortunately the worst experience with hostels that I've had so far. The beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable and the bedrooms are very very tight. Also, the bathrooms and shower places smelled terrible, a very weird smell coming out of the drains, just impossible to be inside. The staff is extremely friendly though, but the place lacks comfort, that's for sure.

Unfortunately very rude and disrespectful receptionist on Christmas (Jana) and claiming that i'm the one who is rude and is telling it to her colleagues even to the ones who were not here at that day. According to the receptionist (Alex and Jana) it's also not possible to contact the manager (like it's really impossible as if he is living in another universe). After trying again Alex was willing to contact him but assuming that the manager will not answer anyway. But it seems like the manager is not the only one who is not answering and not caring. I was trying to call to receptionist over 14 times (different times slots). Nobody is picking up the phone. Jana said, that she was not here the whole day and therefore she does not know what was happening. She also said that the phone was not ringing. So I went outside and called again (at 16:27) and i could hear it ringing but she was just ignoring it. That's the only explanation i have. The next day in the morning i talked to Alex and he explained to me that the phone (the only one they have) was silent but is working now. I tried again a bit later. Nothing again. The next day the manager was there suddenly. And here i understood why Jana and Alex behave like that. Unfortunately the manager himself does not care and is not interested in satisfying the customer or finding suitable solutions. I would think twice before spending the night there. I know that one can not expect much for this price but there are some other great hostels in the region (same price more or less) with a better look and nice receptionists (my experience).

Worst place i stayed in my Life !! Although staff was friendly, the room was FREEERZING COLD !!! Internet (wifi) was horrible ! Almost never connected and stayed 3 days here with almost no wifi. Beds are soooo uncomfortable, and i stayed in a single room but couldnt sleep from how loud it was... I absolutely hated it

One of the best so far great service laundry service is free you just have to purchase said for 2 euros 💶 other than that staff is very accommodating rooms confortable and great location

Double room was nice, the late check in was allowed as well. We had a great time in the social room where there are a lot of games, karaoke and bar

This hostel was definitely a good deal for the price I paid. The rooms are clean, and overall the hostel facilities are good. I stayed in a 6 bed and 4 bed female dorm as they did not have availability for either for the full stay, but they accommodated me switching rooms very nicely. The laundry is free, but soap costs 2 euros at the front desk which compared to other hostels laundry prices is a great deal! They have dryers (also free) but there’s also plenty of drying racks. The kitchen felt clean and was well stocked, and we also had a fridge and sink on our floor. The hostel bar prices were pretty good, and the outdoor patio is a nice place to hang out. The entrance does feel a bit weird at first, but I did not feel unsafe going in. It is a close walk to a few grocery stores and many restaurants and is not far from all the main tourist attractions.
