Everything was absolutely superb! The location is perfect – just steps away from the market square, right in the heart of the old town. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the bonus of having a bathtub. The only minor thing: the blackout curtains could be better. Breakfast was simply fantastic – probably one of the best we’ve ever had! Great variety and wonderful flavors.

Modern, clean hotel in a perfect location in the old town Staff on reception were really lovely. They were very patient with me after my bank kept blocking my cards for some reason. Great value for money too. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

The walls are like paper, you hear everything that your neighbors are doing. In the night this is especially a problem. We could hardly sleep because of our neighbors snoring. But i can imagine that there would be many sounds you could not sleep through. The rests of the stay was great. A nice room, very nice staff, but the paper thin walls are definitely something to keep in mind.

I had a very pleasant experience at Tulip Hotel Patio. The location is absolutely amazing — close to everything you might need, with easy access to the city’s main attractions. The rooms are impressively spacious, clean, and well-equipped, which made the stay very comfortable. The reception staff were also a highlight: friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The only downside was the noise level. The soundproofing could definitely be improved, as you can hear pretty much everything through the doors — including loud housekeeping early in the morning. Despite this, the overall experience was very positive. Considering the location, room quality, and service, I’d say it offers great value for money. Would definitely recommend for a short city break!

Lovely bright and clean hotel. Very pleasant staff at check-in. The breakfast is fabulous. Eggs, omelette, oat flakes etc all cooked fresh and served at your table. Buffet option had plenty to chose from. Fantastic location for exploring the old town. Would highly recommend.

We work remotely with my boyfriend, and we chose the hotel specifically because it had a nice lobby and good internet. But when we checked in, we realized the internet was worse than in Egypt. We had to spend whole days sitting in Starbucks just to be able to work. We asked them to fix the internet, but they told us it wasn’t possible. We were upset and angry.

We stayed at this hotel during a challenging time when the city was expecting a flood, and many places were closed. Despite this, we were greeted very warmly. A lovely woman at the reception welcomed us late in the evening and was incredibly kind. The room turned out to be very nice - clean, freshly renovated, with a spacious bathroom that had both a bathtub and a shower. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit small. The hotel’s location is also extremely convenient, with everything we needed nearby. Overall, a great place to stay, and we’ll definitely return!

A fantastic hotel, a couple of minutes stroll from the square. Close to restaurants and bars.|Rooms are great, spacious and spotless . The breakfast was amazing, huge choice of buffet and gorgeous hot selection. |All topped off by very friendly staff.|Will definitely go back.
