I had a very pleasant experience at Tulip Hotel Patio. The location is absolutely amazing — close to everything you might need, with easy access to the city’s main attractions. The rooms are impressively spacious, clean, and well-equipped, which made the stay very comfortable. The reception staff were also a highlight: friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The only downside was the noise level. The soundproofing could definitely be improved, as you can hear pretty much everything through the doors — including loud housekeeping early in the morning. Despite this, the overall experience was very positive. Considering the location, room quality, and service, I’d say it offers great value for money. Would definitely recommend for a short city break!

Lovely bright and clean hotel. Very pleasant staff at check-in. The breakfast is fabulous. Eggs, omelette, oat flakes etc all cooked fresh and served at your table. Buffet option had plenty to chose from. Fantastic location for exploring the old town. Would highly recommend.

Spent one night here. Rooms are good and clean. Breakfast costs 50 pl - a bit pricey considering that you can spend in cafe around 40 pl for a meal. Therefore didn't buy Breakfast. You can store you luggage for free.

Fabulous location, just a few steps to the Christmas markets. Quiet, swish and very helpful. We were able to check in at 09:00 which was great after a 06:00 flight. Luggage storage the next day while we carried on exploring Wrocław was extremely helpful too. Waitress service hot breakfast was lovely. Room was big and quiet, backing onto a silent courtyard which was just the thing for a good nights sleep. There was a fridge but we didn’t use it in December. There was also coffee and a kettle but sadly no milk. I’m sure they would have given us some if we’d asked but we were too tired to leave the room by the time we noticed. I’d certainly go again.

We stayed at this hotel during a challenging time when the city was expecting a flood, and many places were closed. Despite this, we were greeted very warmly. A lovely woman at the reception welcomed us late in the evening and was incredibly kind. The room turned out to be very nice - clean, freshly renovated, with a spacious bathroom that had both a bathtub and a shower. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit small. The hotel’s location is also extremely convenient, with everything we needed nearby. Overall, a great place to stay, and we’ll definitely return!

We stayed one night. We really liked the hotel itself, it was clean and smelled delicious. The room was old, but everything was there, air conditioning, tea, coffee, bottled water. There was one downside, though - very little light in the room. The location of the hotel was excellent, in the very center. The breakfast was very varied, but everything tasted so-so. A gnome was sleeping near the entrance. We'll be back.

Our stay were great, clean and nice large rooms, great breakfast and location much better than some other 4* hotel. This 3* hotel should be 4*. Very good. Thanks.
