One of my favorite spots in Korea for coffee. They don’t have a wide selection of brands, but what they lack in choice, they make up for with excellence. Their beans are rotated weekly/monthly along with their dessert pairings. Minimum one order of coffee per person. I’ve been here now around 10+ times and each time has been a wonderful experience. Hats off to the baristas for being exceptional hosts and providing warm, friendly service. During the summer, they have their special peach desserts which are one of my favorites. Coffee is well poured and if you sit at the bar and ask questions, they are more than happy to answer. Their English isn’t great, but they try (really appreciate their effort) and you can get by. It is really well known and popular in Korea so it’s always busy during the weekend. Be prepared to wait 1-2hours. I usually check in and then grab lunch. You need a Korean phone number to get in line, but if you don’t, they’ll help you out and place you in the queue. They have helped me with that so many times. Once I was late when my turn was up, and they searched for me in the streets and even held my spot until I came. If you are there for the coffee, I suggest their monthly blend. It’s always an interesting pairing with the dessert. I also recommend getting a second cup of their decaf if you’re lingering for a while and want another cup. I usually take a few of their beans home and they were as good when poured at home. I’m always looking forward to going back and seeing what new things they have in store!
