A update: the VA has strongly recommended I make a formal complaint to the DOJ for American Disabilities Act violations. The DOJ recommended local legal action while they examined my claims. The Mall Cop threatened a felony on me and my service dog. I have it on video.
Does not allow service dogs physically threatened to “put hands on” me, we have it in on video. We will file with ADA and police. Threatened with physical assault and abuse of my service dog.I I was told I could talk to Flores a security supervisor, whom became verbally abusive and physically threatened to “lay hands on” me, a 68 yr old 93% disabled veteran with my VA provided service dog, Capt’n Jack. I feared for my dog’s safety as well as my life.I had to yell for help when Flores made another threat to “put me down”. I’m not that big, 5’5” and have mobility problems as well as brittle bones.
