We had an excellent experience here. Such a beautiful hotel. High ceilings, nice artwork. Very grand and relaxed. It has it's own courtyard, garden and parking garage (small, for one car) and really feels like a cosy and relaxed step away from the city street. Not that the street is busy, it's also relaxed and overall we had a great time in Brugges. he breakfast buffet is excellent too, with cold and warm options + drinks.

Great place to stay for a few nights in Bruges. Rooms feel very spacious as ceilings are high. Agree with others that although the beds were huge - they were slightly hard and pillows uncomfortable. Air con was great. We have always found this hotel very quiet.

Stunning family run hotel, location a few minutes walk from a bus stop that comes to/from the train station, and a few minutes walk from main town square. Great breakfast, enough to satisfy North American or Brit travellers. Rooms well kept, plenty of space as far as European standards go … only reason for four stars in the room was the mattress was quite hard (maybe new) and the shower was VERY small. Overall highly recommend, would stay here again!
