Absolutely amazing store with cutting edge inventory and phenomenal service. They really go out of their way to help customers. In one instance I found a Paly hoodie that was unfortunately out. The salesperson said they were receiving a shipment in a few weeks that would have it. He said he would text me when it arrived. I’ve worked with Patrick in the store and he’s very responsive to your style and makes great suggestions on items you might like. They also carry some brands which are hard to find. It’s a different style but in some ways it reminds me of L’eclaireur years ago when they identified up and coming designers you couldn’t find anywhere else.

I just want to give a special thank you to Jarvae! He's a sales associate at Patron and he is wonderful every time I visit the store! Thank you for always giving great customer service and for being attentive while we are shopping!

I had a lot of expectations vfrom this store . Being excited as a traveller on trip i entered the store and the vibe changed Staff is way no good. Cold vibes from the service staff . Though the stock seems pretty descent but it doesn't matter when the shopping experience itself is bad

In spite of their great selection I do not understand how they stay in business. They show items on social media but do not answer the phone or reply to Instagram messages allowing you to purchase anything. Their new Miami store has no public phone #. I’ve bought something everytime I’ve been to their NYC store (before Covid) and bought some items when I was in their Miami store recently. I’m sorry I did not keep the receipt or get the card from the salesman who helped me. Their attitude about communication is disgraceful.

Cool product and brands but staff is not helpful and can’t seem to be bothered to come out from behind the register. Love the curation but I’m not giving a store my hard earned money with service people who don’t service their customer. Best of luck

The staff were very cold. If your not a famous celebrity then they will not rush to help you. Prices are really high and you might as well go else where with nice staff who will actually give you opinions on what to buy!

One of my fav boutiques left in nyc Johnathan is a great owner, very large selection of known and criminally unknown brands that athletes and rappers clamor over. The private events here are really cool too. If you're ever in Tribeca stop by and see what's about to hit your Instagram page soon.

3 stars only because: 1 Star for the variety of high end designer clothing and shoes, not many hand bags 1 Star for the knowledge when i asked about the different designers (i fact check after and they know their stuff) 1 Star for how clean and impeccable the store is. -1 Star because security wont greet you and their customer service really sucks. Looking at this reviews now i dont feel as crazy as i did after walking off. Example: I asked for size for different items and the gentleman looked at me said ok and went back to the same spot where he was chatting with another employee to continue his personal conversation and once he was done he came back to asked me one more time what items i needed size... excuse me? Another moment was me walking around looking for a fitting room now mind you they have like 15 employees for a store thats not even big they all see me looking around nobody said anything i had to literally go and asked them if they had fitting rooms they proceeded to point to where the fitting room was located..(rude) then as im taking my clothes off one of the employees without even knocking open the door (the door doesn't have a lock) scaring the sht outta me, doesn't apologize and again without even asking if i was ok with him taking my handbag he just took it and hang it on a rack right next to the door... he didn't care to take it behind the register anyone could have taken it and leave without an issue (this particular moment did it for me because i will go and check them out but they will never get a dollar off of me....) -1 Star because they absolutely could have better racks and features in the store the way they are set up it really looks like a thrift store i compare their looks to 2nd street thrift store but organized. For the price point and the amount of celebrities clientele who visit daily I think the store should have a more upscale look and even more items or more sizes. They can definitely improve in visual, sizes and handbags. Overall i will recommend this boutique to the shoppers who don't like to be bothered and don't really be asking for much information or sizes. If you demand customer service this is not a store for you, if your wallet or cards don't have at least 1,000 to spend please don't waste your time this is not macys.

Great place except for some customers only there to see celebs. I feel sorry for the staff having to deal with strange people who stalk the rich and famous.

Before going to New York for vacation I was scouting the area for stores that would have a curated selection of clothing that would cater to me and this place spoke to me the most out of everything i've found. I was looking for a specific brand and wanted to email them just incase to see whether or not they still carried the brand. I emailed them through their website and they replied back instantly letting me know they do still carry the brand. When I got to the store and found the brand I was looking for, I was sadly told they didn't have much for size small (which is totally understandable and with how the brand works with trying to make as minimal of items I wasn't surprised). I still however found something from the brand so it worked out for me. Multiple workers helped me out and each and everyone was very helpful! I'm not the best with names but the persons name who helped me out the most started with a J and took care of me throughout my time there. I was also able to pick up a pair of mm6 pants i've been eyeing for months and was hoping to pick them up in NY, very happy with that. It was definitely a 5 star experience and hope that people who travel to NY/live here and love to shop stop by this place.

This is a great store. By far the best high fashion store in NYC. The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful.

EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE WITH NO SIZES AND IT IS ALL SHIPPED FROM A WEBSITE (Farfetch.com) ..... COMPLETE RIPOFF Firstly: The customer service to anyone who is not famous is despicable- even the most loyal ones. The guard at the door has no hospitality and is uninviting: he does not say hi or welcome, he simply treats you like a thief and abuses his power as a security guard, even worse than rude bouncers at exclusive clubs. I have seen him kick somebody out because they spoke to a celebrity whilst the celebrity was leaving the store outside the door (just as the woman was about to purchase after an hour of shopping). Second: Their clothes are all shipped from Farfetch.com which is a much better website with a wider variety of clothes as well as designers. The store also has everything in usually 1 or 2 sizes, while you can fjnd the same item at Farfetch.com with almost all sizes.

Many great brands under one roof in a great location with very helpful staff who are all knowledgeable in fashion. Main brands everyone's here for is Off-white,Enfant riches deprimes,Mike Amiri, Balmain, Fear Of God & many more.

The store is cool with a lot of great pieces of clothing. However, I have to give 2 star because the customer service is BAD, if you come in and buy nothing or wearing clothes that is not well-known, they will give you an unwelcome attitude. I see there are lots of celebrities come here so i give it a try but it makes me really disappointed.

Place is trash & customer service was not what I expected. Very rude and not helpful at all and felt like the people profiled me with no help what so ever. Never judge a book by its cover because I wanted to spend but was very disappointed and not impressed. I get better assistance else where. The way the kid treats his employees is not professional. Very bad impression of my visit to nyc. Will never go back.

I first visit this shop in 2015 when they stocked only really cool clothes by leading designers such as Julius_7, Yohji, etc. Most of the clothes were "NY Black". Now it is full of plastic stuff, and t shirts with low production and design values. Very very disappointing change.

Cool stuff and great brands. Great brands I get can get at my other favorite stores in the city with team members that know their stuff and willing to assist. They hover and stare at you here but won't actually try to serve you.

The only store I like. The collections are so various and different. They are so enticing that they actually make me want to buy the clothing. The designer pieces have that unique edge I like. The service is great too and the sales reps attend in a friendly manner. I come here to buy and inspiration. Will be back
