The food was good and the atmosphere is perfect to have a breakfast. From the balcony you can see the entire seven mile beach. But our food took too long, almost 1h.

Great place for breakfast. We went there around 9am and were the only guests. Very friendly staff Breakfast was tasty Coffee latte was phenomenal- best in Negril that we had!

Patsy’s Cafe was nothing short of fantastic for my family. The morning smoothies were blended to perfection, and the iced coffee was just the right amount of sweet, exactly how I like it. The food was incredibly delicious, making me eager to return for breakfast tomorrow, despite our plan to try a new place for every meal. The view was breathtaking, and the staff made the experience even better with their fun, professional, and helpful demeanor. Highly recommend!

Damon enjoyed indulging in the infused ice cream, brownies, cookies, rice krispie treats. Nothing was allergen friendly for me so I enjoyed the beautiful view. The shop smells amazing when you walk in, fresh baked goods in the making. The view was mesmerizing. What a great little bakery and place to sit and chill...

Great setting. Good coffee, good Jamaican food. Waffle was ok.

My husband and I agree that this was THE best Americano we have ever had - and the view can't be beat.

Must come. Good coffee. Strong. Milkshake was thick and not too sweet. They have ice cream, breakfast and ganja foods. They also have ganja milkshake like $20 lol cakes and other sweets. See the pictures for menu. We had oreo milkshake, ice coffee and fruit plate.
