Patsy's Coffeeshop

I enjoyed visiting Patsy's Place. The delectable ice cream and treats were delectable. One recommendation that I would like to mention is to consider whipping up a few brownies with walnuts. The customer service was superb. Additionally, I absolutely adored the hilarity in the informative writings that are written to describe the levels of the treats. I will be returning in the future!

Hello from Negril. I've been living in #negriljamaica for almost one year. It's been absolutely wonderful....to me. Leaving the US for this life has not been what I expected. I'm still adjusting but loving the changes. It's been the most exhilarating time of my life. (60 yrs on August 27th). As I become more rooted and comfortable in the town, I'm discovering places that are near and dear to me. Patsy's Coffeeshop - a sweet spot to relax and enjoy some quiet time vibes alone or not...it's the sweetest place!! I love this place because it's intimate and sensory rich. I sometimes start my late mornings at Patsy's Coffeeshop because I can have my favorite breakfast foods, great coffee, crazy views of Jamaican life along the Caribbean Sea, and my all time favorite quiet time outside happens at Patsy's. I had the best tasting ackee and saltfish Jamaican breakfast so far at Patsy's. It's tasty. Yes, I have to wait for my freshly prepared food each time but that's what makes the visits special. You will breath, sit, smile, wait and enjoy Jamaica for the first time every time you visit Patsy's. There's so much beauty to take in at this location. One morning, I planned to have iced coffee but instead I decided I needed some ice cream for breakfast. I had the most amazing sugar cone full of rum raisin ice cream. It was a sweet likkle Negril moment for me while no one watched me. 😂🇯🇲🍦Go visit....quietly.

The food was good and the atmosphere is perfect to have a breakfast. From the balcony you can see the entire seven mile beach. But our food took too long, almost 1h.

Great place for breakfast. We went there around 9am and were the only guests. Very friendly staff Breakfast was tasty Coffee latte was phenomenal- best in Negril that we had!

Romantic place with a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. The ice cream, however, isn't good. The smoothies are also very watered down. The service is incredibly slow. We were the only customers, and it took almost half an hour to get two smoothies and a medium ice cream. All for the modest sum of €20!!

Patsy’s Cafe was nothing short of fantastic for my family. The morning smoothies were blended to perfection, and the iced coffee was just the right amount of sweet, exactly how I like it. The food was incredibly delicious, making me eager to return for breakfast tomorrow, despite our plan to try a new place for every meal. The view was breathtaking, and the staff made the experience even better with their fun, professional, and helpful demeanor. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing view of the ocean and great atmosphere. The food is made fresh to order with prestine presentation. The mean it can a bit of time for the food to come out which is fine as u soak out views of the ocean. The ice coffee and latte was delicious and made to my liking. The food was delicious and flavorful with moderate portion size. The achee and saltfish was a bit salty but palatable. Every else was fresh and flavorful. I'm excited to return for the dinner and lunch menu. I got 3 (bottle water only) water 2 coffe and 4 dishes and it came out to 8,900 ja about $60. Item are about 1500-2500 ja

Even though the weather wasn't great, the view, food, coffee and service was great!
