Beautiful architecture and surroundings, with a big pond of lily pads, such a relaxing atmosphere. The deluxe double room was beautiful and spacious with a large bathroom and a nice terrace overlooking the pond. However, despite booking for 3 guests, the room was not properly equipped. Instead of an extra bed, the staff converted the sofa into a makeshift bed with a thin mattress, which was very uncomfortable. This setup should not be marketed as suitable for 3 guests, and charging extra for it felt unreasonable. The staff showed little concern and had we known beforehand, we would have booked 2 rooms for a more comfortable stay. WiFi was very slow and the aircon was loud. The hotel restaurant served good food with a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was enjoyable. However, it was surprising that no desserts were on the menu. The service was very slow, we waited over 30 minutes for 2 drinks and an hour for room service, which was quite frustrating. Overall, the setting is beautiful, but service and room arrangements need improvement.

Very nice superior room. The pool and the lily pond are beautiful! Breakfast is not really recommended. For dinner or lunch there is a small little restaurant right outside the hotel where you can get nice meals.

I stayed with my mom 2 nights here. We felt very relax. The swimming pool is amazing. i hope will come again with my family. i love thailand and local trip in thailand

Located in the city of Phitsanulok, this resort is a great place for travelers looking for both comfort and convenience. The large property has many buildings, making it feel like a small village. When you arrive, the friendly staff greets you and offers a ride to your building in a golf cart, making sure your stay starts off smoothly. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated, with amazing views of the calm pond and the swimming pool. These views provide a peaceful setting, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. However, there are a lot of bugs outside, so it's best to keep the doors closed and enjoy the view through the windows. The staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to meet your needs. For example, when I needed an iron and ironing board, they quickly brought them from the service department, showing their dedication to great service.

Great place for families, has connecting rooms. Breakfast was decent too.

So got this hotel as part of a tour I'd like to leave a positive review but based on my experience with the staff at the restaurant on the property it has left a bad tast. To be seated at a table then wait 20min before taking order only for the staff to be rude then we continued to wait an additional hour before leaving without eating wasn't good and if your thinking of going out for food there is limited options near by. On a positive the property looks great. The room I was in probably could do with a paint but overall was good. the swimming pool was very nice and the gardens are beautiful.

We visited this hotel on a one night stopover. Beautiful surroundings, water everywhere, including a great pool. The hotel had plenty of style and a good location; also very big rooms with plenty of local Thai charm. We ate in the restaurant, a little quiet so short on atmosphere, but food very good, and overall for the price good value.
