How could I have forgotten to review Paul’s? We had a wonderful dining experience m. The food was freshly cooked. The Dining Room was clean and quaint and the service was good. We sat and chatted a while and we’re not rushed out. Thanks!

Great place to have lunch. The half combo and whole combo are just perfect. We spend $45 for 2 persons so it’s a good deal. Came with soup. The staff was very friendly and nice. The place felt clean and fresh. The food was delicious. Loved the raspberry tarte. We were able to find a building public parking around the corner for $3 per hour.

Excellent eatery at Lincoln Road Mall in Miami beach. Great customer service, all staff friendly. Had quiche Lorraine ( ham and cheese) with French onion soup. Also enjoyed the Paul chicken club with broccoli cheddar soup, both meals served with greens and potato wedges. For dessert we had Millefeuille Fraise (Strawberry Napoleon) all excellent.

We have last breakfast today so we decided to visit the Paul Miami Beach. The strawberry napoleon which is awesome. The custard cream is not to sweet and very light but still creamy. Strawberry is not too sour and it is fresh. The goat cheese quiche was delicious it was soft and melted in your mouth. This is really surprised me. The employees are very friendly. We will definitely come back. This is very nice place to go after shopping and beach.

Google
Wonderful place! The food is very good, friendly service and there are so many options it's hard to decide what to get. Great selection of salads, sandwiches, coffee, drinks and desserts. Great location with tons of shopping around it. Very nice place with a nice vibe. You can also seat outside and enjoy the weather.

We found this place on accident, but after eating the first day we went back the very next day and ate again. The coffee, pastries, salad and the lemon dressing, was delicious. Everything we had we delicious. We hope to find more PAUL bakeries in other places we travel.

Great selection of pastries, service is somewhat slow. Bathrooms needs update, and cleaning. There is indoor and outdoor seating. I always like berry tarts😁

Best breakfast so far in Miami. On the infamous Lincoln Road but outside of the blocked-off area. This French style restaurant was packed at 10 a.m. on a weekday. I got the Madame croquette it was basically a fried egg on the best grilled cheese sandwich ever with turkey on the inside and reminded me a little bit of a Monte Cristo but it was not fried and man was it tasty. My friend had the breakfast sandwich on their baguette and she said it was delicious. They serve fresh orange juice tons of coffee and they have a wide variety of breakfast items. In addition they serve lunch and dinner I've attached the menus as a photo so you can see them. Even if you don't go here for a meal I'm sure at some point if you're in South Beach are going to walk Lincoln and when you do you should at least stop by here and look at their delicious French bakery items that you can buy. Many people were having lattes and chocolate croissants. Staff was very friendly and you don't have to wait to be seated at a table. He walk through online and order based on the menu then you go grab a seat and they bring it out to you. I suggest if you have more than one person in your party that you have them walk in with you to see what they want on the menu and then go and grab a seat inside or outside. This way one person orders the food and the other grabs a table. They do allow smoking on the patio so if your non-smoker carefully choose where you're going to sit. I will close with they have a fresh squeezed orange juice and it was just what the doctor ordered for my breakfast. Enjoy!

Yelp
I ordered the Focaccia with Salmon and Spinach sandwich. It was dry and the salmon tasted overcooked. The focaccia bread was fairly good. Service was fast and courteous. Nice ambiance but with limited indoor seating.

Yelp
I stopped in for lunch and it was a smooth process ordering. I like that they have actual sample dishes so you can easily pick what you like. I sat outside since it was a beautiful day. It took a bit for the food but that was expected as it was busy. It was a nice portion. I ended up taking half of it to go. Service was friendly. I'll need to try one of their pastries next time.

Yelp
Paul French pastries - exquisite and a hundred million stars. Ordinary Mondavi wine at a French bistro - are you kidding me? Please switch to any cheap French wine but not Woodbridge. That negates the entire Parisian experience.

Stephanie R.

Yelp
Go anywhere but here! Tried giving this spot a second chance but it is not worth it. - Every time I order a Cappuccino, they get it wrong and give me a latte. - Unfriendly employees. - The tables were dirty with an empty restaurant. - The food is mediocre and leaves a-lot to be desired. Overpriced as there is no quality. Will not be back.

Yelp
Summary: Not the best coffee I've had, but the burger saumon and the pain au chocolate were excellent. The experience: Came in a large group, we did our line to the cashiers individually and gave our orders. Very nice cashier and quite fast to take our orders. Since we were all just coming from exercising, and it was a beautiful morning, we decided to eat outside, but the inside of the restaurant seems comfortable and pretty. The servers outside struggled a bit with the orders and got a bit confused between our table and other customers, but overall everything got where it needed to be. I ordered a Burger Saumon, which in fact I ordered because it is not a burger (it has an actual salmon filet, not a patty). It was even better than expected once I put a bit of salt on it. The coffee left me unimpressed, but the pain au chocolate, although cold, was really good. I can only imagine it being lovely right out the oven, if such a thing exists. The rest of the party seems fairly happy with their dishes, except for the crepe mixte, was said to be a bit dry/overcooked. Overall, it was a good experience, and the prices feel fair.

Yelp
Variety of food and pastries. We came in here for the pastries and coffee. I saw good food options on the menu and service is quick. Lot of indoor and outdoor seating. Reasonable pricing.

Leslie S.

Yelp
Pros: good variety of pastries, plenty of seating, a fine spot to stop for a healthy snack. Their quinoa salad with tuna sashimi was well seasoned and nicely cooked. Cons: Bathrooms were dirty, without toilet paper or paper towels, that always makes me anxious since customers get to see the restroom... is it worse behind closed doors? Who knows. Also the service is CRAP, CRAP, CRAP. The white man taking orders was condescending and full of himself. He definitely talked down to me while ordering and he thought I was confused about the tuna sashimi when it's right on the menu. He had to ask a coworker if they served it because he didn't believe me, maybe he was new, maybe just incompetent. Prob not coming back due to poor service.

Yelp
We just came for a dessert. No coffee, no food. We got the apple delight & a mago smoothie. The apple delight was very flaky, not too sweet. Both were great. As tourists we took a chance & walked in. We felt welcomed & the person behind the desk was helpful. To another reviewers point-not much seating inside & the seating outside did need a wipe down-but we made it work. After walking around we actually came back & got more apple delights-we were a group of six-to take home for breakfast the next day.

Carol T.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our lunch here. You can get a cup of soup, sandwich or salad and iced tea or a full sandwich, dessert and iced tea. We love iced tea so appreciated the refreshing drink on a hot day. The lobster bisque soup was amazing! I enjoyed my smoked salmon salad but thought it was a little small. The strawberry napoleon dessert was one of the best desserts we have ever had! The service was fast. The small cafe was cute and felt like you were transported to France.

Carol L.

Yelp
The customer service here was subpar. We only got the dessert. It was OK. I don't know that it was worth eight dollars and just a few bite fulls.

Ruslan S.

Yelp
outstanding food and service! Ambience amazing . Food was I said delicious and very presentable

Cohen A.

Yelp
The service here is excellent the only thing better is the Croissants, the egg Claire's in the dark chocolate it's like the food or IG. Everything here is delicious and service couldn't be better. I have had the best waiter. His name is Charisse when you come here you have to ask him stop by when you're on Lincoln Road sticky heading in the smells long will get you to come in all their food whether it's lunch or dessert or the coffee it's worth the trip.

Raymond S.

Yelp
Lemon tart and LavAzza coffee. Sat outside and people watched. Great start to the day.

Tiffanie J.

Yelp
Friend was getting a hot chocolate so everyone could use the bathroom. Just needed to pay for something so that we weren't just using their bathrooms. Don't remember what my friend said about the hot chocolate but I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering anything that is out for display - croissants, pastries, etc. Though there are fly fans, those seem very weak and there were flies flying around and having a ball on the food for display. Just pure disgusting.

Makeya A.

Yelp
I love this place everything is delicious. I literally drive an hr just to get these Pastries

Sophie C.

Yelp
Rude staff. And just terrible food. I ordered a Caesar salad and more than half of the leaves are brown. Just so unappealing and unappetizing.

Kimberly D.

Yelp
The smell alone will draw into this French bakery. I had the Croque Monsieur made with Paris ham, Swiss cheese, and cream on a toasted traditional bread, served with a side salad and it was absolutely delicious!!! This is an authentic French bakery straight from Paris. The croissants are always piping hot and definitely a must try. They are so flaky and buttery. If you love chocolate then you'll definitely want to try the chocolate croissant, a traditional French croissant filled with two chocolate bars. Oh my yummy!!! I took home three bags of croissants and pastries . Yes...it was that good!!!! The service was top notch and the staff were so friendly. My co-worker was even having an issue with her card and the manager served our food while she was dealing with the bank to resolve the issue. Their customer service is truly outstanding. I will be making another trip very soon to indulge in their delicious food.

Rachel W.

Yelp
My husband and I got a cappuccino, apple puff pastry, and coffee eclair. The cappuccino was good. I'm sensitive to caffeine and they were able to do decaf, which I really appreciated. It's a traditional French cappuccino, not an American one that's loaded with sugar. But you can add your own sugar if you need more sweetness. The apple puff pastry was good. Not too big, not too small. It was flavorful. It was served room temp; I wish I asked them to warm it up. The coffee eclair was AMAZING! I wish we got two! It was moist and soooooo flavorful. I highly recommend it. The service was incredible! My husband has a nut allergy and they looked up the recipes for each item to show us they were nut free. They also explained each item really well, and were very knowledgeable about the items. They were so kind and funny; it was a great time talking with each server. The ambiance was nice - cute cafe style! They have an indoor and outdoor section. Overall a nice vibe.

Gabe V.

Yelp
Decently priced spot with a friendly and attentive staff. Found myself here two days in a row to sit by the window and watch the rain with coffee and desserts.

Mark M.

Yelp
Like the locations in Paris, this is a beautiful classic looking diner/cafe. There's lots of seating indoors here, and a good amount outside too. During these pandemic times, you appreciate places with an abundance of outdoor tables. Staff are very friendly here, the woman behind the counter helped us buy macaroons, absolutely delicious, although they don't come cheap. $17 for a few packaged up, or $7 a piece. There's actually lots of pastries for sale here. You can also order breakfast, crepes, sandwiches, or a burger.

Amanda Patricia G.

Yelp
The place is very nice and I felt very good there. They took care of me very well and the donuts were very tasty. It is also a good place to work on your personal computer.

Frank L.

Yelp
Definitely not like the PAUL you would find in the UK or Europe A little disappointed I didn't get to go in because i Uber eats it. But the food that did come wis decent. I think it's probably better to visit

Harris P.

Yelp
0 star if i could - took your tip, didnt actually serve you anything. Ordered a coffee, sat down, only to be looking at everyone else that came after you got their order before you. I went back to ask only to be told oh we're trying to fix our coffee machine... mmm you want to let me know before i waited 20mins for a cup of coffee? Gross

Linh V.

Yelp
A cute trendy french spot for breakfast. We enjoy the atmosphere with sitting outdoor with a glass of coffee and some pastry, some egg and toast. The food is ok, not good not bad. Dont expect too much.

Gina C.

Yelp
Pretty sure this man that approached us is the manager or whatever, he is very unprofessional and rude. The reviews are already bad so I don't even need to say anything else.

Jennifer P.

Yelp
Stopped here for a cup of coffee and pastries. Coffee was good but the pastries were killer. We had the chocolate Beignet, macaron cookies and a creme brulee tart. The tart was the best of the 3 and one of my favorites from this trip. The Beignet was good, but would have been better if it was heated up. Macarons are my favorite dessert, but they were just ok. The orange and lemon flavors were the best of the box

Susan S.

Yelp
Ordered a ham and cheese croissant, chocolate croissant, and two vanilla lattes. The pastries were great, but they forgot one of them. The lattes were the worst tasting things I've ever tried. And the service felt disorganized. The cashier was coughing up a storm, made me feel uncomfortable he was working. Thank goodness we had another cashier.

Elyas E.

Yelp
Very bad quality and overpriced. If you tried Paul somewhere else in Europe or North Africa, don't get fooled by this location. It's nothing like that.

Samira S.

Yelp
Ambiance: French style cafe with lots of breakfast/brunch/lunch options and desserts to pick from. Perfect for the day time. Food: Maybe it was the day that I was there but their food was so/so. i have had Paul's in other countries and I must say that it tasted way better than this location. This location is not much to write home about. I'm wondering if they get the desserts imported from outside the states. Desserts were OK - I have had better from other places and other Paul's restaurants. AND to add insult to injury their coffee was mediocre to Blah.

Kold W.

Yelp
If it could be Zero it would! The Worst Meal ever. That's saying something! Paul since 1890 something Is about the time that waffle I got was made. This thing Was as hard as the bricks Used in the 1800's. I asked for their waffles Expecting that Glob on top To be a light French chocolate Mousse, instead it was half a jar Of warm Nutella??? Which I abhor. Then they had the Gaul to charge Extra for the only item I ate. The banana. They sliced 1 strawberry That was so old it colored the Plate. Disastrous. But the employees Look satisfied as they high five Each other for another Low Standard Service. Sacre Bleu!!!

Stephany S.

Yelp
Awesome little cafe on Lincoln road mall. Great to stop by for some coffees with a delicious croissant. They even have glasses of wine which is never a bad idea. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. We opted for outdoor seating so we could enjoy the cool Miami weather and people watch of course. We opted for a sandwich which was delicious. All of the food is brought to the table. And the staff is very nice. Great place to stop by after strolling on Lincoln Road!

Elaine W.

Yelp
Ambience was not French. The rock Music was so loud my TBI was rattled and I couldn't stay to order pastries. I mean, really, at least play French Rock. Although the decor is fresh the music interrupts the ordering. The Crepe Mixt was dry and bland. The person at counter felt annoyed being there, perhaps all the over stimulation with music when not a rock bar? And she couldn't hear us repeat ourselves three times. The kitchen staff who brought coffees and crepe are friendly and personable. The apple tart was doughy and tough to bite through the pastry. Apples fresh. Not too sweet, that is perfect. Visually everything looks good but all fairly bland and uneventful. With all the good food and pastries on South Beach, no reason for only 3 stars. We now know why. Too bad.

Sabrina V.

Yelp
What a great surprise, to have been late night looking for something warm vegan and healthy- to go into Paul on a whim and see their house soups on the board. The waitress helped me quickly since I was on a time crunch, and a bowl of vegan lentil soup hit the spot ! So good , and the waiter helped me right Although the place was empty pretty much ready to close, there was an a certain energy of authenticity with Italians sitting in the cut chatting over their coffees.

Lamis N.

Yelp
We always come here when we are in Miami. The location is convenient and the food quality is consistent. We really like the pastries they have. We came here for brunch to try the food and we liked it, however, I prefer the pastries over their food. It did the job especially that they have outside seating.

Jessie L.

Yelp
I'm sad I live so far away because I've completely fallen in love with this place. The food is amazing, the staff is so nice. Location is lovely and there are so many shaded tables. Love it love it love it.

Lorin G.

Yelp
Horrible. I ordered delivery for breakfast and couldn't be more disappointed in my order. First, I was already upset because my morning wasn't starting off so well and I really needed coffee. I placed my order for the Tartine Avocate, a cappuccino and yogurt. My order arrived fairly quick as I work down the street. I was so excited for the avocado toast and then I opened the box. Where are the pomegranate seeds, where's the salt and pepper, what about the olive oil? Someone cut avocado and threw it on top a toasted baguette. Dry, plain, not what I was looking forward to or was described. My large coffee which was sealed with two lids to prevent spillage is half empty. Legit filled half way. I could've paid for a small for this! So disappointing. I'll never order from here again.

Sandi T.

Yelp
Paul has been here for us to enjoy for over a decade at least. Consistently great French light fare and charming staff. Excellent management. Their baguettes (chewy and bland) are not as good as in France. But their other baked goods and pies are fabulous, especially for Miami. A great place for brunch anytime. The $14 Breakfast Combo with a bunch of goodies is a great deal. Excellent coffee and Mimosas. :)

Bridget S.

Yelp
Love this place Love the French onion soup... a must! Best bakery goods. Great menus enjoy

Gemini U.

Yelp
I only had a minute to get a cup of coffee before the hop on, hop off bus took off. Yikes why does there have to be a line, and a slow one at that? I just want a large black house coffee nothing fancy to fix. I know you already have it made I just need someone to pour it into a cup and send me on my way. Nope, there were a few people a head of me that planned on staying and sit back and relax enjoying this beautiful sunny day. And of course the people right in front of me couldn't decide on what they wanted, come on, get out of line until you can decided I have bus to catch! While I was there waiting patiently for my turn, I noticed that the case where all of the "sweets" are kept, was extremely dirty/sweaty, you could hardly see inside. Now being I'm from a dry state, I was wondering if this was normal. If it is, it's off putting to see condensations dripping on the food. On a more positive note the coffee was amazing, and tasted really good early in the morning riding along enjoying the sites of Miami.

Yily R.

Yelp
This place is my favorite brunch spot in Miami when I am in town. There are plenty of spots to park and it is also centrally located with tons of shopping and other things to do as well as nearby the beach. I usually get a place to park in the garage which is a block away from the restaurant if I'm not walking distance. This place has tons of seating outside giving you the Miami vibe. Food is always fresh and service is quick. You place your order with the cashier and wait for them to bring to the table. I always get eggs Benedict or an omelette either or is delicious. The coffee is excellent as well and they are very reasonably on their prices considering other local restaurants.

S W.

Yelp
Another surly rude restaurant in SB! Walked in at 7:30p to order soup and told kitchen closed by a nasty woman . No hours on door. Web sez closes at 10p. How do you run a business when you don't know when your open or closed?!

Ginger A.

Yelp
We had a fruit tart at the restaurant. It tasted delicious with fresh fruit in the tart, not too sweet which we enjoyed the most. The tart shell is a little thin but it was good. No idea why there is almost empty in the restaurant, this is a very famous French restaurant all over the world, but I have to say the displayed dish doesn't look super good, they may be tasted good but definitely kill the imagination. We gave 4 stars to the fruit tart!

Judy S.

Yelp
Overpriced (small baguette for way too much money), service spotty, Nice dining outside

D L.

Yelp
I guess I should know not to order from a French Cafe a bit before closing time. I received the stinkiest smoked salmon "Atlantique" ever. What a waste! I still can't get the smell off my fingers. Yuck and never again,!

David P.

Yelp
I've visited numerous Paul cafes in Europe and have always loved them. When I moved to Miami Beach, I was super excited to see that there was a Paul nearby! It reminded me of my awesome travels to Europe. Unfortunately, this location lacks and vibrancy and charm of its European counterparts and the food could be better. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and swapped the baguette for a croissant. The sandwich itself was not bad. However the potatoes were a whole different story. The side of potatoes were dry and hard and lacked any flavor. You can see the color of the potatoes in my photo and they just look sad. The cafe itself has outdoor seating, which is nice, the bit space looks tired and could use some TLC.

David P.

Yelp
Avoid this place at all cost ! they are very rude and mean I waited 40 minutes just for coffee. What a joke. !

Chris C.

Yelp
Someone who walked out of this place told us that they had some of the best pastries in Miami Beach. Well, um no. We ordered some apple pastry things and some beignets and they were mediocre. They didn't taste fresh and were disappointing. The cashier had a bit of an attitude too. The food here is pricey in my opinion. Rosetta bakery has much tastier items in my book. 3 stars is generous.

D H.

Yelp
I'm shocked at the low ratings and poor reviews of this cafe. It's hands down one of the best cafes around the Miami area. Excellent coffee, food and pastries, and absolutely phenomenal service. It's also a great place to work from so get your laptop if you need to... I'm guessing the poor reviews are from people who don't understand the concept of a full service French cafe or the kind of food served. I absolutely adore this establishment!

Luka F.

Yelp
Was not impressed... over priced dry sandwiches that are 85% bread and very little meat and fillings. Staff was not welcoming at all.
