The best old school beer house/restaurant imo in Salzburg ! Outstanding food and staff in a gorgeous old world feeling space. Regret no food picture but my roast pork was DELICIOUS and a huge portion!! We had a group of mind and the service was seamless with great humor! Interesting history of the building and little lane it’s located on as well . HIGHLY recommend this place!!

In terms of taste, the food itself is great. But the portion is pretty big. When the taste is strong & the portion is big, you’ll get tired eating quite soon. Please take this into consideration. The roast pork is overall good. However, some parts are a bit tough. The beef consommé (with cheese dumpling) is excellent. Service is great.

Seriously, one of the best experiences we had in Austria. The service was phenomenal! Everyone was so friendly and attentive. And of course the food - my husband and I both had the schnitzel and it was absolutely perfect. It was served with their potato salad and cranberries which were perfect, as well. For dessert, an Austrian speciality - Kaiserschmarrn. Incredible! So so good. We didn’t have a reservation but they were able to accommodate us.

Great fresh beer and.authentic Austrian food. Plenty of beautifullly prepared vegetarian options and very friendly and attentive staff. Ideal location and outdoor beer garden. This may be casual but the food is top notch.

I visited this place with my family during our trip to Austria last week, and we chose it based on its great Google reviews — it did not disappoint. The food was incredibly delicious and perfectly seasoned. The customer service was top-notch — warm, attentive, and welcoming. We all had a wonderful time and would love to come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and experience!

Hidden garden in the restaurant which had a nice breeze on a hot day. Food was decent. The veal meatballs were just ok, could use more flavor. The fish on the other hand was really good.. fresh and with a nice crispy layer on top.

We ate there for dinner after long walks in Salzburg. The service was fast and friendly. There wasn't anything that excited us but the food was nice and of good quality.
