When I ate brunch here, Food was subpar for $$$ price both taste and presentation wise, and the specialty drink was not good. Pancake was not cooked through and eggs tasted like they were from any regular hotel continental breakfast bar. We made w reservation and still had to wait well over 15 minutes to get seated, so dont hold out hope if you have reservation. Our waitress was kind but due to issues beyond her control food was extremely delayed. Restaurant also loud, not conducive to having conversation.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere set the tone for a memorable dining experience. The staff greeted me warmly and made me feel genuinely welcome. The interior design struck a perfect balance between cozy and elegant, with subtle lighting that made the space feel inviting without being dim. The food was the real star. Every dish arrived fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Service was attentive but never intrusive, with staff checking in just often enough to ensure everything was to my liking. Even during the busy dinner rush, the team remained professional and efficient. Overall, this restaurant excels in food quality, service, and ambiance. Whether you’re coming for a special occasion, brunch or just a casual night out, it’s worth every visit. I’ll definitely be back!

One of the best and most flavorful meals I have ever had! They were also accommodating for a friend’s need of a gluten free meal, including dessert. The flavors of every dish were spot on and the cocktails were delicious. Thank you to a friendly staff!

Paulina Escanes is, without a doubt, my favorite restaurant in Puerto Rico. Every visit is a reminder of just how much care and attention to detail goes into everything they do, from the food to the atmosphere to the service. It’s consistent, thoughtful, and always memorable. It’s not about fancy five-star dining here. It’s about quality, craft, and heart. The menu blends French, Mexican, Peruvian, and Italian influences into something unique and approachable, and every dish feels balanced and well-executed. My personal favorites so far are the quiches, the burrata salad, and the chilaquiles, each prepared with the kind of precision and freshness that makes them stand out. The service is equally impressive: warm, attentive, and professional without ever being overbearing. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel genuinely cared for as a guest. I almost don’t want to share this because I still want to be able to get a table - but everyone deserves to know about a gem like this.

Second visit and although they had no trout this time, we tried the tiradito AGAIN, still yummy.. the fried cod tacos were crispy and flavorful. The carrot cake was even better than the Budin. Phenomenal. The waitress with short black hair always SERVES. Tried their vegetarian dip that was so so good. This place is amazing.

What a jewel of a place I found to get a bite. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant had a comfortable atmosphere that immersed you in a more relaxed atmosphere. The food takes a while to come out, but I know that for me that's a good sign, as the chef and the rest of the staff devote all their skills and time to ensuring that the food is of the highest quality. The chef and waiter really explained why they deserve recognition. The food was excellent (the tacos al pastor, the fettuccini pasta, the grilled salmon with roasted potatoes), everything was delicious. I ordered the Oaxacarita drink, and as soon as I tasted it, my mind immediately traveled back to those days when I visited Oaxaca, Mexico. I had to compliment and thank the waitress. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Condado or the surrounding area.

We stopped by for an early lunch right at opening, and everything about this place impressed us. The food was outstanding — we tried the taquitos, aguachile, seasonal salad, and eggplant dip, and each dish was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. Savory, fresh, and incredibly satisfying. Our waitress was also exceptional — warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Overall, a fantastic experience. We left full and very happy. Highly recommend checking this place out!

This restaurant is a fantastic place for both family and friends to gather. The breakfast options are great. I had the chance to try their hamburger, and it didn’t disappoint, it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. If I had to offer a suggestion, it would be regarding the bread, it could improve. We love visiting San Patricio Mall, and this restaurant has definitely earned a spot on our list of must return places. We’re looking forward to our next visit!
