Went here to enjoy the "splash pad" with the daughters. Overall, it's great entertainment on a hot day. Some things to note, though. Splash pad fountains don't start up until 10am (at least for us in early June). Basically, there are a lot of in-ground fountains shooting water to varying heights. Occasionally (every 30-60 seconds), water pressure drops way down, but only for a few seconds.
My 3yo eventually came around and had a blast running through the fountains. It was a little too much for the 1yo. She had a few good splashes, but overall mostly watched. There isn't a small pool of standing water to splash around in or anything like that. Not a lot of overhead shade, so wear sunscreen. Good way to kill an hour with some kids, especially if you're not afraid to get a little wet.
