Eden Still can’t believe that such a tranquil place is actually situated amidst hustle and bustle of never sleeping Phnom Penh traffic and street life. Once you step into the property you’ll find yourself in another reality- lush garden, turquoise pool, heritage building (dating back to 1920), everything is quite, peaceful and amazingly beautiful The decoration is a state of the art itself, each detail is placed rightly and bring such joy for eyes of the visitors with good taste.Restaurant is fabulous- breakfast or dinner simply gorgeous. My room was a part of the historic building so I’m more than happy to stay in the vintage style and again have no single complaint The service was outstanding. No wonder the hotel is filled with visitors and booked in advance, really popular spot. No hesitation to book it next time Thank you very much for the wonderful experience!

This place deserves a million stars!!! A paradise in the middle of the city. Lots of trees and the pools and birds that come make it absolutely super. The staff is exemplary - food is delicious Only wish their noodle soup for breakfast was available through the day Very close to all major attractions, walkable everywhere The visit there was special a memory we will not forget

Spacious rooms. Beautifully finished. Lovely pools. Great breakfast. Super staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Pavilion. We stayed twice - both rooms were beautiful- very tastefully designed with large, comfy beds. The lush pool is exactly that and the sun pool great for lounging after visiting the palaces.

Don’t hesitate one second, this is a gem of a place and if I lived in Cambodia I’d travel here once a month just to get to enjoy it a bit longer. If you need to recharge, get a few days of quiet, want to feel pampered or simply looking for the best boutique hotel in Phnom Penh, this is it. The pools are large enough to swim in a bit, the no child policy (I think?) means it’s quiet and as the room I had (#08) was retreated from the road I also got a very good night sleep. My room had a balcony, there’s some lovely warm lights in the room so it’s a good place to chill at night when I was no longer reading by the gorgeous pools. (The front one especially is stunning). The included breakfast is a la carte and very generous with as many servings as wanted. The hostess who greeted me were the best, I apologize I don’t remember their names. This was truly a highlight of my trip and I can’t wait to come back. For those who hesitate because it’s slightly above their budget, don’t, you will not regret it. Also, not very obvious but there are bikes available for hotel guests.

An absolutely gorgeous oasis in the middle of a busy city. I would come back to Phnom Penh just to stay here. There are 2 lovely pools, one that gets the sun and one which is shaded by trees. The rooms are slightly different but very lovely with a big bathroom and even signs on the shower to tell you which way to turn the tap for hot or cold water. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I really enjoyed the breakfast which was included as there were many options to choose from and I could order as many items as I wanted. The location was nice but near some streets with some very expensive tourist shops.

Nice hotel in the middle of Phnom Penh with two wonderful pools. You enter from a bussy street and feel right away as being in paradise. We had the cheapest room but it was very spacious, clean and equipped with an air condition. Breakfast was very good. A mixture of delicious Asian dishes and classical western style breakfast.

From my first interaction emailing the Pavillon with booking questions, to our warm farewell from staff, my 10-day stay was a delight. The heritage building has been tastefully made into a small, boutique hotel and the lush pool is a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh. I used the hotel bikes to explore the riverside and visit nearby markets and cafes (Backyard Cafe makes great food for those, like me, with lots of allergy needs). The hotel chef and wait staff were excellent and had magically been briefed on my allergies, knowing what to bring or avoid, making dining in easy and fuss-free. Our quiet suite accommodated our 18yr daughter comfortably in her own little nook, and the rooms are stylishly decorated. The veranda overlooking the pool was beautiful and secluded. But it is the staff that really makes this place - organising tours and cars (for not inflated prices), giving information about the city, helping weigh bags for pre-flight departure, sourcing electric plugs, making great cocktails, giving good massages.. nothing seemed too big an ask. We will definitely be back!

Had a lovely time at Pavilion. We always have problem when we search for a place to stay during our travel. One of our main concerns is usually the actual place looks different from the photos on the hotel website but not Pavilion. Everything in this hotel looks exactly how it shows on their website! We were very happy with it. All the staffed members are very lovely and sweet. They are very polite people . We wish we could stayed there longer. I also love this cut old fashion bed design and the size of the room! The only one thing that I would like to suggest to the hotel is the noise from the fridge which sort of kept us at night. Overall everyone who will travel to Phnom Penh, I highly recommended Pavilion. I will go back again for sure!
