ACCESSIBILITY ISSUES: We celebrated a birthday here for a bottomless brunch. The cocktails were lovely but limited. We tried all but one and then only stuck to that one. Food itself was amazing and they were very receptive to a dairy allergy. Food would have had 5 stars if there was more than one cocktail that was good, the chefs were perfect. The biggest issue was accessibility - I checked ahead on their website since I have a broken ankle and foot. On arrival the lift was being repaired (so not a sudden issue). Highly recommend calling ahead if you are unable to manage 2 flights of stairs (I had to manage on my knees while someone carried my knee scooter up). I didn’t think to call since it was my first time out since I was injured, but I could work around it. If I was a wheelchair user I would have been beyond disappointed. We need more accessibility in the world, or at least fair warning.

This place has wonderful atmosphere, food and great service. I wasn’t going to try this place as it had reviews of 3.7 but we had family eating there so gave it a go. After eating a fabulous breakky I wondered why it was rated so low. Reading the last few negative reviews it seems they were entitled people or people posing for the competition to bring down reviews of this great place. We had breakky at the other restaurants outside previous mornings with 4.7 ratings and this food was FAR SUPERIOR than those cafes out front. Service was amazing, you could order from table or bar or table service whichever you prefer. We wanted to move some tables around and the ladies were lovely to accommodate our group of 9.

Pizzas were the worst we’ve ever had. So so salty felt like they’d been dipped in the ocean before being served. We ordered 4, one which was gluten free and it was beyond terrible. My friend got her money back as her crusts were clearly burnt and instead of making a new base — they just completely cut off the crusts hoping we wouldn’t notice.

Good food, good service. Busy in the evenings. Had vegetarian options. Mostly pizza. No hot drinks like coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

Really nice atmosphere, food was yummy, portion sizes are small but we got a 2 for 1 deal so it was fine.

We had to find our own waiter 25 minutes after being seated because none came to serve us. First waitress brought our meal and a twisted clump of hair. We had to remind wait staff to bring our dishes and drinks (we ordered 5 dishes and 2 drinks). We had to ask for water. The meals were good but didn't compensate for the service

Honest review… We booked for 6 arrived it was 5pm on a Sunday and there was a DJ playing to a half full room at full tilt. When we when greeted by an unimpressed waitress she shows us to our table told us about the $35 jugs available and order on the QR code (no physical menus were presented) then once I went to the bar to pay I was charged $38.50 for a jug. When I questioned this the young chap behind the bar looked at me blankly and said “oh yeah surcharge” to which I responded where does it say that anywhere and he pointed to a minuscule print sign randomly placed in a obscure spot. So, after paying I popped over to the young lady who unenthusiastically seated us and said “excuse me it would have been greatly appreciated if we were told about the surcharge when we booked… or arrived… or seated” she looked me dead a** with a bitter face “yeah well I’m new” and I responded calmly “yes all the more reason to alert customers of the extra charge.” 1) service “surcharge” should be clearly visible on signage, menus and told by the staff on arrival. Considering there is no table service I’m not sure what we are paying the extra charge! 2) lack of leadership. The staff are incredible young (not a bad thing if there is an upbeat, professional attitude) one was standing in the doorway on his phone when we arrived or just a group of them standing behind the bar. Unfortunately the lass that we encountered wasn’t pleasant in any of our interactions. 3) the food was presented well but lacked flavour we had fish was dry and overpowered with capsicum, however the pizza was good. All in all I won’t be recommending to anyone and I hope this feedback is taken with the intent to improve their front of house service, just because you no longer provide “table service” a personable and happy staff member can always turn around a customers experience.

Great happy hour and wood fired pizzas and entrees. Sometimes slow service but always polite.
