I really like this spot for breakfast when on the big island. It’s not in the chaos of Kona-Kailua, parking is free and plentiful, and the food and service are excellent. There are several tables inside and outside- the ones outside only seat two people. Current all art was cool and I understand it changes from time to time. There was a queue of 3 or 4 groups when we arrived and only a smattering of open tables inside. We used the 5 minute wait to decide from the wall menu- and then took a table outside to wait for the food to be cooked. I’d guess it took ten minutes or so even though it was quite busy. I had the breakfast sandwich and my wife had the Sunday crepe (oddly enough- the Sunday crepe is available all week 🤨) - and both were excellent. I also had an iced latte- very good flavor and balance.

Google
We were looking for a great place for delicious breakfast and did some Googlemaps research. We stopped at the Peaberry & Galette and didn't regret our decision. The galettes with smoked salmon were delicious. We also didn't want to miss the freshly brewed 100% Kona coffee which was also very good. We sat outside and enjoyed our wonderful breakfast. A café we can highly recommend, you won't be dissapointed.

Peaberry is a gem! The service is outstanding—friendly, fast, and welcoming. But the real star of the show is their $10.50 turkey sandwich. It’s hands-down the best deal on the island! Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly crafted, it’s a meal that’s both delicious and affordable. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Google
Fast friendly service, small indoor during area with a few outdoor seats as well. One highchair available if you have a small child. Good coffee and tasty crepes. Some artwork and other items for purchase as well.

Google
I stopped in on a hot afternoon for a cool treat. I ordered a slice of Strawberry Shortcake and an iced Cafe Mocha. The indoor seating was small and crowded and the temperature was uncomfortably warm. Luckily, there were a few tables available outside. The strawberry dessert was amazing! Light and creamy but not too sweet. It was chilled, so perfect for hot weather. The cafe mocha was pretty basic looking (no whip cream or drizzle), but superbly made. It had rich espresso and chocolate flavors and was quite refreshing. The girl waiting on me was sweet and hard working. Highly recommend this cafe for a refreshing treat!

Google
Cute little café with the best crepes. From dessert style to savory, it'll satisfy you for sure! Coffee and teas and many more!

Google
Cute place to grab a coffee. The ladies were welcoming from the start. Will definitely be back to try a sweet crepe. I had the ham and spinach crepe.

Google
So charming! We are in Hawaii for our honeymoon and love coffee and pastry. We ordered an Americano and latte that were delicious and had a rich espresso taste. We ordered the seafood galette with avocado sauce and the BLT and egg sandwich and they were delicious and fresh. 10/10!

Yelp
This place served so many delicious choices it was hard to choose. I wanted sweet and also savory, so my son pointed to a sign by the register for the Sunday Crepe which had both. Perfect! My ice Americano was very good. Everyone else in my group enjoyed their crepes as well. I also bought a rum raisin scone for $4.95. Forgot to get a photo of that. Service was wonderful.

Yelp
DAY 5 of Vacation - As you already know, my mission in Hawaii is to try as much local Kona coffee shops as I can. This is the fourth coffee shop I've visited. I needed a quick pick-me-up before a long day filled with activities. Parking: This is also located in the Keauhou Shopping Center. Plenty of free parking, so finding a spot is easy. Ambiance/Environment: It's very warm, local, and casual. They have a medium sized space. I love the open bar because you can see them making the coffee. There's also limited indoor seating with no outdoor seating. Service: I did not get her name, but the female barista was quick and efficient. She took my order and made my drink. Throughput was under 2 min. What I ordered: They have a large menu filled with food options and basic flavored and non-flavored coffee. I just ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato. The flavor is different from other macchiatos I've had. This was still strong and not overly sweet.

Yelp
Quaint little cafe in the Keauhou Shopping Center that serves crepes in the form of galettes (open faced Freeform pie shape) instead of rolled. Clever! Better presentation and more options for fillings. Also has all kinds of coffee and pastries and artwork and crafts by local artists for sale. Not too big, but adequate seating. Hubby and I had the smoked salmon savory crepe galette. Awesome! Plenty of salmon, cream cheese, capers, thinly sliced onion all on a bed is greens atop the galette shaped crepe. Looked and tasted wonderful. Friends had the Soinach mushroom, and ham crepe galette and the BLT with Egg they said theirs was good. They looked great, too. There are also dessert crepes that sounded delicious but it was breakfast time... Service was quick. Really wanted to get the mini basque cheesecake but resisted. Maybe next visit. Would definitely come back for a breakfast/brunch.

Nimoli D.

Yelp
The place is small and nice. they had delicious spicy hot chocolate and many nice pastries on display. The crepes were great and the workers were kind.

Kate M.

Yelp
A long-time favorite in Keauhou Shopping Center. The galettes (crepes) are delicious - half are savory - half are desserts. There are also quiches, cookies and scones for breakfast or a coffee break. A few salads, soups and sandwiches are available for lunch. Lots of coffee choices. Positives include food and service which is efficient. Ample and free parking makes it an easy place to pop into. On the other hand, this small space can be crowded at times.

Yelp
WOW... absolutely marvelous! The crepes and other items served at Peaberry & Galette are super fresh, completely unique, very tasty and moderately priced. These folks are doing it right. This casual restaurant has been in Kona for 20 years and is well established as a local favorite. Visitors will likely be amazed at the quality, freshness and creativity of the lovely upscale menu items. The delightful food selections are prepared daily. The crepes and many popular selections are made to order. The crepe choices can be either savory or sweet. The ingredient combinations are unusual and exceptionally tasty. Most visitors will find dining here to be a very memorable experience. Highly recommended.

K A.

Yelp
Best crepe I've ever had! We stopped by here for breakfast our first morning on Hawai'i island. I enjoyed the veggie pesto crepe with eggs, and had Kona brewed coffee. The cafe is so cozy and inviting- as are the staff... very kind and accommodating. I will be returning back to try a sweet crepe.. and their strawberry shortcake!

Kendra H.

Yelp
Small place near the movie theater so convenient to go to before or after a movie to socialize and their quiche is delicious!

Maelle E.

Yelp
Everyone is super nice and kind. The food is always good and I love their iced mocha. I go here every morning. Has nice indoor seating and a little gift shop.

Tim S.

Yelp
Loved breakfast here before catching our flight out of Kona. Great staff and food. I look forward to eating here on our next trip to Kona.

Emily P.

Yelp
A good range of savory and sweet crepes! The crepe looked small but was enough to be a meal , was also very delicious! Also tried their coffee and it was pretty good. They don't have many tables inside but they do have some outside. It took around 10-15 minutes to receive our order.

Hosanna F.

Yelp
This tiny little creperie is truly a hidden gem that is located in the Keauhou shopping center. The menu here is quite large and has so many good choices that it's hard to decide. Realistically though, there is no wrong choice. I decided to order the avocado and bacon with sour cream crepe and pick up a chocolate chip cookie. OMG. My mouth is watering thinking about this crepe... it was incredible! In fact, it was in my top 5 meals during my Big Island trip. It was super tasty with the melted cheese and crispy bacon. This meal actually kept me filled for a while. If I wasn't traveling solo I would have loved to try a sweet crepe. Basing it off of everyone who did order one in the restaurant, they all looked delicious. Speaking of sweets, the cookies were baked to perfection. Crispy edges on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside. I really enjoyed this creperie and it is the perfect meal to takeout. I decided to pick up breakfast so I could eat it on the beach before I went snorkeling. It is very close to Kahalu'u Beach which also made it super convenient for me. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Good service. Savory and sweet crepes. small place which I think only had maybe 6 tables (each could fit 3-4 people). It was decent but not mindblowing. It had a little bit of a feel of "I think I could make something like this on my own at home... if I only knew how to make crepes." And so not sure it justified the price tag.

Arturo S.

Yelp
This spot was super close to our hotel and had some good coffee and lattes. We also had some crepes. The service was good and the employees were really nice. The food was pretty good. If we didn't have a local spot near our home in the Bay Area that was so amazing (for crepes) I'd give a 5 Star review but, unfortunately, we know our way around crepes. Either way, solid spot for breakfast.

Akemi O.

Yelp
Had the seafood and avo sauce crepe. Not bad. Wish they took the tail off the shrimp, but really not a big deal. Not sure what the sauce is. Hubs thought it tasted curry-ish, but I just thought it was rich. Couldn't finish but I brought it home and actually like it better cold! I am a cold pizza kinda gal tho... Not many options for bfast in that lot unless L&L so am on a mish to try the entire savory menu...

Teri D.

Yelp
Great food. We had the Sunday Crepe which was excellent one side was savory with Bacon & Eggs & the other side was sweet with fresh bananas & strawberries & fresh cool whipped topping very good! The only bad was there were 3 of us & my husband had ordered his, he then said "we'd like 2 more of the Sunday crepe. Apparently they somehow understood only 1 additional & we had to reorder, my husband & I were almost done

Esther L.

Yelp
I have yet to try their crepes, but I did have their cappuccino, quiche and cookie and all three were 10 stars . The cappuccino was high quality with an amazing addicting flavor, the quiche was the BEST quiche I've ever had and the cookie was super yummy. The prices were extremely reasonable (given that I'm from LA)-- and they also have super cute handcrafted jewelry & other miscellaneous things for sale. Sidenote: It's ran and operated by Japanese people (I overheard them speaking Japanese). If you know anything about Japanese culture-- detail driven quality is very important to them and this place truly delivered!

Cameron M.

Yelp
Yum. Best crape I have ever had. Fast friend, yummy. Would come again. Sunday crape is a good mix on savory and sweet

Janene L.

Yelp
Food was not good! I got sick, actually. Prices high compared to menus elsewhere. Meal was obviously prepared by someone who has no idea how to cook.

Kimberly T.

Yelp
What we loved: Wonderful Coffee. Quick friendly service. Great variety of crepes. Loved my Avocado & Bacon crepe. My husband enjoyed the BLT and scrambled egg crepe. On Saturdays when the farmers market is happening it will be busy. Short wait for a table. Price is comparable to other Kona breakfasts $16-20. So good!

Heather R.

Yelp
Peaberry & Galette is a good crepe cafe. My friend and I lucked out because a big line formed behind us as we were waiting to order. I would be prepared to wait since this spot is popular. I had a peach iced tea and a green tea crepe with red beans. They were nice and made the tea without sparking water for me. The drink was good but I ended to being clumsy and knocked it over. I did not drink most of it because of that. The green tea flavor was pretty light in the crepe, red beans were fine, and I enjoyed the whip cream and ice cream. Overall, it's a good spot for a good lunch.

Samuel S.

Yelp
Phenomenonal food! They have so many choices of savory or sweet, as well as many coffee options. Only downside is their seating is very limited, so don't plan to bring a big group to eat there.

J. A.

Yelp
Everything was great! Staff was super nice and patient while we decided what we wanted. Food was delicious!

Ryan M.

Yelp
Every time we come to the Big Island we stop here and every time it's amazing. The coffee is great and every crepe is tasty. Had the Sunday crepe this time and it was fantastic. And the scone I bought was ridiculously good. Thanks!

Kim T.

Yelp
Food was great. I had the spinach crepe. And the coffee was hot and flavorful. Would definitely come back. Busy this morning but service was quick.

Rosie T.

Yelp
Found this little gem. It does get busy, there's a wait time, but be patient...worth the wait. Great spot with sweet and savory food. The Smoked Salmon crepe is on my repeat list!

Laura F.

Yelp
Peaberry and Galet was a cute little counter service coffee shop with just two tables. They offer a wide variety of crepes and coffees. They have alternate milk substitutes such as macadamia nut and oatmilk, which I really appreciate as someone who is lactose intolerant. We ordered the chocolate banana crepe with cream. I was expecting a whip cream and was surprised to get vanilla ice cream with my breakfast. We also ordered a salmon and cream cheese salad crepe. If had one large crepe folded like a little bowl to hold the contents inside. It would have been nice to have had more wild smoked salmon on that dish and more crepes, but it was enough for a light breakfast. The service was good and fast. I'd recommend trying them out.

Lisa W.

Yelp
Wish they have more options with the milk substitute. They didn't have the Mac nut milk like most other coffee places. So my chai latte just tasted ok. Wasn't impressed with it. It wasn't creamy, frothy and silky like the other coffee shops. Better ones that I've tried on the island. On the plus side, this place is open on Saturdays! Also the crepes do like delicious, but we didn't get it as we needed to be on our way.

Cece A.

Yelp
So good! We ate here two days in a row on our vacation because we liked it so much. Both times we went it was packed, but the service was still pretty fast and the food is great.

Sandy M.

Yelp
This is a small little coffee shop that serves sweet and savory crepes. We came around 9:00am on Thursday and there was a short line. There are a few tables inside and outside. It was nice to see a place that serves lighter fare for morning. Smoked salmon crepe 5/5 - The crepe was folded on the edges and had cream cheese, capers, smoked salmon, spring mix, and onions. It was the perfect amount of everything and it was the perfect mix of saltiness and acidity. Would order again. Sunday crepe 4/5 - this had 2 smaller crepes, one savory, one sweet, so if you can't make up your mind, this is for you! The savory side was eggs and bacon, and the sweet side is strawberry banana. The crepe had maple syrup on top and went well with both crepes, actually. Strawberry shortcake 5/5 - I know it was a little early for dessert, but I can't pass up a strawberry shortcake that looked so great! It was too! The shortcake was very moist and fluffy, and the whipped cream was soft and fluffy as well. I love how the strawberry shortcake was not overly sweet and perfect moist. Highly recommend this place if you want a lighter fare for breakfast.

John M.

Yelp
A pleasant little shop with spots to eat in or out, or just do takeout. I went here a couple of times. The coffee is decent and not fussy, as others try to do. They're willing to make substitutions and provide side items from their ingredients that aren't listed on the menu. I had a savory crepe; my partners in travel, the sweet ones. The quiche was a hit for our youngest companion. Well-prepared, but very plain, and lacking herbs and spices, mostly, even to the point of being nearly unsalted. It seems the place is run by a small crew of three that appear to be a family or friends team. Restrained but respectful service, efficient and detailed. It's located in a mall at the top of a hill with a distant view of the ocean. The outside seating is inviting and quiet, with few visitors or cars passing nearby in the morning hours.

Brian M.

Yelp
Fantastic lattes - some of the best coffee we had on the island. I had a breakfast sandwich and it was great. I don't generally love a croissant for my breakfast sandwich but this was a happy exception. It was balanced, light, and mayo-heavy (in a fantastic way). Loved the crunch from the lettuce. I wish I had come back for one of the savory crepes - I watched them being prepared for others and they looked great.

Lana F.

Yelp
Great food. Nice staff. Convenient location. It's just a small spot so it's hard to get an available table.

Feb W.

Yelp
Came here just to grab some coffee for the road. And since we are in the area my friend decided to grab some drinks here. Upon entering we were greeted. The place looks like a mini gallery. Filled with arts and souvenirs that were handcrafted locally. T'was a cute store and I wouldn't think it's a coffee & crepe shop. Did not spend too much time here. We definitely here for a grab-&-go drinks. Bandit got the kona coffee as usual. He said t'was good. Customer service is good but I noticed that while making the order the staffs aren't speaking English only when they take or hand the order which I find a bit off. I don't know if they were talking 'bout us coz in between they were laughing and simultaneously looking to our group. I don't know the heck they're talking coz they're speaking Korean or Japanese or maybe Chinese? Anyways, will still recommend this cafe. Mahalo for reading and happy juandering fellow yeeps!

Anders N.

Yelp
I had the berry/yoghurt crepe and it was delightful - light but definitely enough for breffust. Iced coffee was on point, wheee

Sadie N.

Yelp
Fast and cute little place to stop by for a coffee and treat. The crepe cake was beautiful, and lasted the day in a hot car... still very delicious to eat hours later!

Bethly C.

Yelp
This place is amazing because of their crepes and my favorite is the avocado bacon. There coffee is great, the staff very friendly and sweet. It can get busy in the morning and aren't enough seats for everyone to sit after ordering so if it's busy it's better to get a take out.

Kelly C.

Yelp
My family and I (5 people total) came to this brunch spot at 11 AM on a Tuesday and were pleasantly surprised by their diverse selection of both sweet and savory crepes. We ordered Fresh Fruits & Yogurt Crepe, Strawberry & Custard Crepe, Caramelized Apple & Ice Cream Crepe, Smoked Salmon Crepe, Chocolate Mille Cake, and Shrimp Calamari Spinach and Potato with avocado sauce. The family particularly enjoyed the Strawberry and Custard Crepe. The service was also very quick as my order came out in less than 10 minutes after I ordered it. I personally ordered Fresh Fruits & Yogurt and loved both the presentation and the variety of toppings. The yogurt was sweeter but slightly runnier than expected but tasty nonetheless. On the crepe were sliced pineapples, crunchy & firm grapes (green & purple), strawberry pieces, and drizzled honey. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a filling & aesthetically pleasing brunch.

Sulamita A.

Yelp
Yummy crepes, coffee was pretty good, the people were very kind. Cute little shop inside. Quick service.

Parker S.

Yelp
We came to Peaberry & Galette after a wild dolphin snorkel tour and we loved it. The women working behind the counter were nice and got our food out quickly/effectively with all the people that were in the store. The Food: She had the Avocado & Bacon crepe and I had the Cafe Mocha crepe. I liked my crepe with all its chocolate and ice cream to go with it, but the Avocado Bacon was just so good I would have to get it if we went back! It had cheese, eggs, plentiful avocado, and bacon... ooof. The Coffee: The coffee was smooth and was on par with the other coffee shops we'd had in the area. Prices are reasonable for the area, and there isn't a lot or creperies in Hawaii. Overall, I'd come back when we are in the area!

Julie S.

Yelp
Yummy crepes and scones! I ordered the avocado bacon scone, and in retrospect, I wish I had ordered something else (not a fan of warm avocado), but it was still pretty tasty. Love the variety of crepes they have and wish I was still in Hawaii to try more! I also tried their scone and it was so delicious, one of the best I've had. Kind staff and cute little shop in a pretty convenient location, by the movie theatre and close to the beach.

Anna B.

Yelp
Got a mac nut latte which was delicious, and I definitely am going to try the sweet and savory crepes next time! It's a pretty big drink and food menu for a cafe, they also sell a few items from small local businesses, and parking is super easy as it is in a huge shopping complex.

Carol C.

Yelp
This little cafe in the Keauhou shopping g center in Keauhou big island is a little gem. Had a gallette and it was wonderful!! A great Sunday morning brunch! Hubby had the crepes and he thought he wasn't a crepe kinda guy, found out he was

Kona Foodie B.

Yelp
Peaberry & Galette is nestled in the parking lot of Keauhou Shopping Center, offering a delightful dining experience. This family-owned establishment boasts a friendly staff, quick service, and a delectable menu centered around crepes. Whether you prefer savory or sweet, their crepes are simply superb. During my last visit, I indulged in the salmon crêpe, which perfectly complemented a cold brew. For tea enthusiasts, they offer a wide variety of tea options to explore. Conveniently located beside a Thai restaurant and Subway, it's an ideal grab-and-go spot worth checking out when you're in the area. Don't miss out on their scrumptious slices of quiche as well.

Matt C.

Yelp
This place is absolutely wonderful. I am vegetarian, and they were extremely pleasant and accommodating to make some simple substitutions on some of their dishes. Both the savory and sweet crêpes are fantastic and the ice tea with unsweetened, which is my preference. Great vibes all around in some ways. Reminds me of a nice little place in Berkeley.

Steven G.

Yelp
The food was really good.. I would recommend anyone in this area to pickup lunch. The only issue I have is the restaurant, it's tired, the seats need to be replaced, the floor looks dirty, and they may want to change the music to match the Hawaiian experience. The place needs some changes or upgrades, but this shouldn't stop you from going.

Hoang N.

Yelp
Our resort was across the street from this plaza, I came by couple times during our stay at 8am for a lattes and crepes. Note that they do not use Nutella here, I asked. We've tried the fruit crepes with yogurt and strawberry crepe with custard, very yummy. I placed the order and went to my car and waited, they were so nice and brought out to the car for me. Definitely a good place to visit for morning coffee

Ang V.

Yelp
Cute little cafe that supports small businesses by selling their products in their shop like jewelry, face masks, and even something for your pet. It's small inside but they're allowing indoor dining and they have tables and chairs outside. They said their most popular savory crepe was the avocado, bacon, with sour cream. It lacked so much flavor. Bacon overload which made it super salty. But if you love bacon then this is the crepe for you. My family got the BLT & scrambled egg, smoked salmon, and spinach mushroom and ham and all of it looked way better. It tasted better too. Its a nice small meal to consume before boarding our flight back home.

Matt M.

Yelp
This breakfast spot was convenient to our hotel and had a wide variety of breakfast crepes, sandwiches and beverages. Little cafe with small tables, local art for sale and friendly staff.
