Peaceful Korean Restaurant

I recently dined at Peaceful Restaurant with my sister, and it truly lived up to its name. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with soft music and tasteful decor that made it feel like a little escape from the busy city. It was really Peaceful. The food was the highlight - every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I tried the Bibimbap, Kimbap, Korean BBQ, and all the dishes were outstanding. The kimchi had just the right amount of spice, and the side dishes (banchan) were generous and delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable without being intrusive. They even explained some of the dishes to us, which added to the experience. Whether you're a fan of Korean cuisine or trying it for the first time, Peaceful Restaurant is definitely worth a visit. I'll be coming back for sure!

This place is really peaceful as it's name says! Very quiet environment at the dattatraya square itself, you won't feel like you are this near to the main street of Bhaktapur. Not quite a fan of Korean dishes, yet tried some and it was worth it. They also have other menu than Korean as well. It's definitely a must go to place if you are into Korean dishes, nice ambience and a quiet environment. The service was also good. We enjoyed the evening.

We visited this lovely Korean restaurant a week ago. The food was amazing, and the waitress was so kind and helpful. She even told us how to properly eat bibimbap by mixing it together and to wrap samgyeopsal in lettuce with other side dishes — we’ve never enjoyed Korean food this much! Her care and patience really made our visit special. Definitely worth visiting!

One needs to go through a house to get into the restaurant. It doesn't look like it's a restaurant at first but after you go through a few doors, the restaurant is seen. The paintings and decorations are pretty and nice. The atmosphere is really good too, comfy and spacious. All of the tables are big and can cater to 6 people easily. The food was delicious. Staffs were disciplined and professional. There were some mosquitoes flying about and biting. Other than that, it was a lovely and tasty experience.

Didn’t expect to find Korean food in Bhaktapur let alone one that serves delicious Korean food. We ordered the samgyeopsal, army stew, chicken chilly, pork bibimbap, fruit salad. They are all delicious especially the chicken chilly. We were served unlimited side dishes and the service was attentive. We had wonderful time there.
