Stopped by with a camera bag bought back in 2019 in Denmark. A brokken zipper resulted in a replacement new upgrade free replacement. Nothing but what I expected from this brand. I am a fan and now only a bigger fan ✌🏻

Great people here, Alex and Liz helped me out with trying a bunch of bags and things. Super nice and helpful. I’m already a big fan of Peak Design bags, I own four or five already and use them all the time. Highly recommend the staff and the store.

It is rare to walk into a store and be sincerely greeted by intelligent life forms who actually want to help you. That's what happened today. I am a Peak Design supporter for over 5 years and this is one of the reasons why. I needed advice on how to fit a massive telephoto lens into my 45L bag and got some great ideas as well as a no questions asked warranty replacement on a capture clip. This is why I use Peak Design, awesome design backed up by awesome service.

I am glad I decided to visit the Peak Design official store in New York. It was a last minute decision for me. I have been a big fan of Peak Design brands since I started exploring digital photography. It has been a couple years now. I just love the company and I am impressed with their high-quality, well-designed and functional products ranging from camera bags, cameras and mobile accessories etc. Overall I really enjoyed my experience at their store. The store is situated in SoHo area. The shop itself is well organised and pleasant to walk around. The products are placed on the shelf nicely. The store design is minimal and I got an impression of the Apple store vibe. Chris who is a store manager on that day was very helpful. I purchased a couple of items from the shop. I really like their products!!! Highly recommend to anybody who want to buy a new camera/everyday bags to visit and take a look at their products 😀

Peak Design's products speak for themselves. I still have everything I've ever bought from them despite years of use and abuse. Beyond that; the store is awesome with very helpful staff. A decent portion of what they make is on display here, and it's great to see their stuff in-person before buying it. If you happen to be in the city and are interested in anything they sell, definitely take the time to stop by.

What a delight. I came in knowing of Peak Design’s reputation for meticulously well designed products. And their service/sales experience was equally well executed. Tahiti was so extremely helpful- there was no pressure to upset or to buy- but rather to make sure I walked out with the bag I needed to solve my daily problems of carrying X, Y, and Z. Well done Peak Design- well done!

Visiting from Paris, my Capture V3 had a problem. Release button get stuck sometimes (after an everyday work of 2 years). I found out they had a physical shop in the city. Problem was solved in 10 min with the warranty, they replaced everything. Welcoming team, skilled and very kind. Good job ! 🫡

Chances are if you're coming to this store you already know who Peak Design is, so I'll skip that part. The store is very aesthetically clean, with wooden tables and bags/accessories mounted on walls. They even have a little sitting areas upfront in case you've been walking around all day and need a break. This is a great place to get help with your gear and buy any extras you may have forgotten before flying to NYC. Or if you live in the city, a good place to bypass shipping and just buying it in person. I think the best part is that you get to touch and try the bags, so you can 100% make sure they fit your needs and expectations

Finally I have found a bag that tells me everything I need to know. It might sound poetic but it is true. Yet it is not just the bag but all the items at this store are worth considering. I'm just waiting for them to venture into big luggage. With me they have a loyal customer forever.

I came into the city to get my bike serviced at Last mile and figured I would walk over to the brick-and-mortar of this quality brand. I had previously ordered a bike mount for one of my 2 bikes and wanted to get a another for my other bike. Wasn't a far walk and I ended up getting there a little early (they open at 12 on Sundays). When I got in, I noticed a big store with great selection. They had a lot of camera accessories for DSLRs as well as for smartphone cams. I was in particularly take advantage of their black Friday deal on a bike mount for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Before the purchase, I wanted to ask the associates some questions about the specific mount and get their idea on it compared to another model I saw. Both associates were very knowledgeable and helped me make my final decision. I got a great deal on the mount considering the Black Friday deals PD was having. I have to say, this brand holds up. They have quality products, great customer service (online too) from a knowledgeable staff, and great value for what you'll pay for. You won't be disappointed with your purchase and dealing with these guys in-person in their lower Manhattan store. PD offers a lifetime warranty on their products - just make sure you register your purchase. I also wanted to mention that the 2 guys in the store on 11/26/23 helped recommend a good bagel sandwich within walking distance. The place they suggested was so good that I made sure to stop back at the PD store and thank them for the new spot on my radar.

I've been patiently awaiting this store's opening for years now, and it has not disappointed. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service, and a wide variety of durable and aesthetically pleasing bags and accessories on display for anyone who loves to travel. I've been an avid fan since their first bag, and I can't wait to see what they do next. My suggestion to those that visit and that are enthusiastic travelers; the tech pouch and packing cubes are indispensable for my work flow, and I've collectively, along with the Everyday Bag and the Travel Bag, put them through about 30-40 flights in the past couple of years. Also, they're a certified B Corp, so if you needed a climate conscious reason to shop here, you have one now. Keep it up PD team!
