The shop is good as a showroom but the prices are higher than if you order from their website. They had most of the products so you can check and match them to each other. If you’re curious to see how their products work and feel in person, this is the place to go. But if you’re set to purchase, it’s better to do it online.

Must visit for photographers and travelers (and industry enthusiasts!) Peak Design is well known for well designed and thoughtful products. Get your camera gears, carry solutions, and travel organizers here! Look for Elen, she’s awesome 🥰 and will provide you the best service!

Came in for support regarding zipper issue on my bag. I will be straight to the point, You can't go in store to get support if you purchase the bag from outside of Japan. regardless that pd website mention you can do it in any retail store. Tldr; support in store suck, get it done via online claim

Prices around 20% more than retailers Yodobashi, but they had 20% off almost everything when I went. It's not crowded so it's great if you want to try the things or enquire about products

However, when it comes to purchasing, it's worth considering the option of waiting a few days and ordering online. The prices in-store are notably 30-35% higher than those found on the online platform, even when factoring in shipping costs from Hong Kong. Despite this price difference, I rate the establishment and its staff with four stars.

I consider myself a connoisseur of backpacks. I went here, looking for a camera pack to hold lenses, my camera and any spare parts. That is specifically and exclusively all that they make at this store. The gear that they make is one of a kind and maybe the highest quality pack that I now own. For any photographer visiting the Tokyo area I would make sure to stop here and upgrade your gear. You will not regret it.
