Came in for support regarding zipper issue on my bag. I will be straight to the point, You can't go in store to get support if you purchase the bag from outside of Japan. regardless that pd website mention you can do it in any retail store. Tldr; support in store suck, get it done via online claim

Prices around 20% more than retailers Yodobashi, but they had 20% off almost everything when I went. It's not crowded so it's great if you want to try the things or enquire about products

Discovering the latest Peak Design products is a delightful experience at this location, with a strong emphasis on the visual aspect. However, when it comes to purchasing, it's worth considering the option of waiting a few days and ordering online. The prices in-store are notably 30-35% higher than those found on the online platform, even when factoring in shipping costs from Hong Kong. Despite this price difference, I rate the establishment and its staff with four stars.

I consider myself a connoisseur of backpacks. I went here, looking for a camera pack to hold lenses, my camera and any spare parts. That is specifically and exclusively all that they make at this store. The gear that they make is one of a kind and maybe the highest quality pack that I now own. For any photographer visiting the Tokyo area I would make sure to stop here and upgrade your gear. You will not regret it.

products great, staff great, treatment great, cultural shock always: I’ve visit this shop around 5 times in the span of one year. I think never repeated the same sales assistant attending me. They are always helpful to check details or try anything. At the of purchase and specially the tax free process always different: - you cannot open or use the item until you left the country - you don’t need any receipt for exit the country - the receipt + instructions sticked with tape in the passport - stamp on the receipt + passport to validate the tax free and you can use everything inside the country ALL the times they said that they always follow the same procedure and they should to do that (pick the one you liked the most). 🤯 Anyway, I’ll come back, try to control my reaction, and enjoy the novelty
