Small rooms. Poor service. Just visited room no 204; Room bell was not working. Location is good. Silent area. Clean but need some improvement in service and maintain everything. Residential area , so silence is there. Basic amenities are on walking distance. They charged me 600 extra amount. I'm already pay online amount on oyo but they charged me extra.... worst experience.... Kul mila ke costomer ko bewakuf samjh te hai galat bill dete hai costomer ko

Service was average, located few miles from main highway. Room size was quite a bit small compared to others. Cleanness was very poor and the washroom are not hygienic at all.. We had no other option available their to stay otherwise we were move immediately after seeing this type of services..

The location was very nice ...the hotel was ok. Bathrooms in the hotel were functional but not very clean....piping hot water in bathrooms would come for barely 2 mins and then would go cold (that's important as nagpur in winter is very cold) ... the hotel did not have a bell boy to take our luggage but otherwise all our requests were immediately taken care of... so overall I would rate the hotel 3.5 stars

Hotel is good, staffs are good but worst experience with customer care executives. They have cheated me. They have provided the rooms of RS 2100 per day which was in price range of RS 1300-1400. My other colleges stayed in same hotel on price of RS 1300 and for me they have provided same room of RS 2100 per day. Even after that they are not able to provide the correct invoice. in invoice name of hotel,city,address,GST details and bifurcations,stamp and actual amount which I paid is missing. OYO customer care executives and their senior persons are theifs. It is recommended to every body never book rooms through OYO.

Located in a good residential area with a park view front. The inn looks modish with elevator service. The room was clean and well maintained. Tv, ac, fan, lights etc worked fine. Good for a business stay. Only downside is there is no in house restaurant. Food ordered gets delivered very late. Alternatively there are good restaurants nearby to take care of your food needs.

No staff co-operation. No welcoming no greeting. Nobody escort you till the room. Receptionist simply ask you to go to the the room number. The staff do not even bother themselves to tell you that the lift isn't working. No water supply, no housekeeping. Really not recommendable hotel to stay in Nagpur
