Horrible Customer Service!!! There is no need to shop here. The staff are only interested in you purchasing the item right there on the spot. I tried taking a photo of an item to send back to my daughter for a color match and was taken back when the sales women rushed over and took the item out of my hand. "NO, NO, NO, there are NO pictures allowed in this store". I explained what I was doing and she all but took the phone out of my hand. "We don't allow people to source our products". That is not what I was doing but she didn't want to take the time to listen as she ripped the piece from my hand. Shameful!!!

What a gem! This is a fabulous shop in Paia for home decor and unique accessories. It's the perfect spot to find souvenirs, gifts, or something cute to put in the home. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. Definitely check this place out.

My wife really liked this store. She said this is the best of all the stores in Paia. To me it feels like an Anthropology store on the mainland. It seems that the quality of the product is good.

I loved all the cute shell finds in the store. I had to buy a few to bring back home to remind me of our trip to Maui!

Loved this boutique! Beautiful items and the sweetest helper! I bought a gorgeous blouse by Love Sam and a pearl on a bangle. They were the perfect parting gifts for myself as we left Hana paradise.

Another gem in Paia Town! Great rugs, linens, and housewares, along with some great clothing and accessories, including Siganka, Felicite, and Love Sam! Woo hoo!

This place is beautiful, alright. But the lackluster customer service combined with wholesale stuff made in China sort of threw me off. I think if I owned a store, especially one demanding those prices, I'd probably greet people as they entered the store...even engage in conversation when solicited. But that's me.

The store has relocated to Baldwin Avenue and is beautiful! This store carries the most magnificent linens. My bedding is a dream! The staff are so helpful and inspiring with their suggestions. A million visits to this store would not be enough!

Three starts for stunning decor. Minus stars for the sales lady scolding me about taking a photo. How weird. Get over yourself, to the owner that enforces this silly rule to the point of rudeness.

Researched best shops in Paia - it has been 3 years since our last visit. I was not disappointed. The store has beautiful things - their linens are exceptional. I purchased a couple of hand woven "t-towels" by a local artist which I intend to use as table runners. The work is superb and the price is beyond reasonable - $35/each a bargain - not to mention a piece of art! I am Canadian and when I mentioned this the gal gave me a 10% discount which considering our dollar was a lovely surprise !! I had a terrific experience in this lovely store. Check it out you won't be disappointed !!

The sales representative was a snob and obviously has no idea she is in Hawaii due to her absence of aloha Spirit! I only hope the best for the shop owner and would highly recommended firing the sales associate AMY was her name! I hate going into a store that has great potential but is wrongly represented what a SHAME! Don't bother going to this store if AMY is there unless you want BAD VIBES

loved this place! got great gifts for the ladies in my family back at home. Loved everything in the store, and wish I could have bought more. Great, unique and beautiful jewelry. Super company, sot, hand-made textiles. You should definitely check it out while in Paia.
