The hotel is aging and it shows. The majority of the staff is amazing. I did encounter a couple of staff who didn't want to work but all others were fantastic. The room is clean and the bathroom definitely needs to be redone but everything functioned very well. Breakfast spread is amazing and the food is actually very good. The place is completely safe.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pearl Continental Hotel in Karachi. Thanks to my brother I ended up getting upgraded to the executive room and I must say my experience was also an executive one. Every employee was professional, helpful, and polite. I will definitely come back and stay here again. Thank you for giving me the great experience.
