Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore

I highly recommend this hotel as one of the best in Lahore! The rooms were immaculately clean, and the breakfast spread was superb. Our stay was truly luxurious, with top-notch amenities and exceptional service. The hotel's central location is perfect for both business and leisure travelers, offering easy access to major city attractions. Overall, a fantastic experience

Excellent service from all staff, especially, Ms Mehak. I travelled from Canada for a wedding event and Ms Mehak made sure our rooms were booked and taken care off. 5 days stay at the hotel was comfortable. In house car rental is very convenient with professional and respectful drivers. No need to hire a tour guide as the drivers are informative and will take care of you. Rooms are a still old school with classic style furniture and could use an upgrade. That being said though it’s still a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this hotel for any length of Stay in Lahore.

Rooms require some updating. Room service and general customer service was very good. Public spaces such as lobby, restaurants etc were very good. The gym was excellent with plenty of equipment and not too congested. Special thanks to Ms, Rubab (reception) for her kind assistance

Very old hotel with backdated amenities. The room was very hot. The AC was not working. After repeated complaints they provided a paddle stand fan. Our stay was miserable for four days. We had to request every day for cleaning the room and putting in the daily commodity, water, toiletries etc. The breakfast hall was over crowded and the food was inadequate. For travellers seeking comfort I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

But what truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast spread was impressive. I loved the variety of options and the freshness of the ingredients. Their goodwill is essential in providing exceptional service and ensuring a pleasant stay.

Horrible experience at the PC hotel. Never will I come again and it has really put me off Lahore. We booked for 4 nights at PC but had to check out and ask for a refund after night 1 due to them scamming us. My mum paid for 2 rooms upfront but then they was asking for extra charges after night 1. The workers are useless and the worker at the reception desk who is called Jawaad was trying to fob my family off and wasted 2 hours of our time trying to scam us at 12am in the morning ruining our trip completely. Also the security are awful- they questioned my husband continuously who is a guest at the hotel who wanted to use the gym and gave him hassle but let random children run around the hotel who were not residents. The same kids the security let run around shouted racist slurs to my husband. We complained to staff including Jawaad and they did absolutely nothing about it and brushed it off. He said he wrote a report regarding the incident but when he asked for proof later he said he didn’t do it- he just lied to our face. Absolutely appalled and never experienced anything like it. If you want to be fobbed off, disrespected and stay in a place the staff don’t care then I would recommend to stay here but never again will I stay here.

We had the pleasure of having Kashan service our room for six days, and he exceeded all expectations. He was always professional, polite, and attentive to detail. Our room was always spotless and well-organized, and he ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His friendly demeanor and commitment to excellent service truly made our experience memorable. Highly recommended!
