I had a wonderful experience during my stay. I especially want to appreciate the engineering and maintenance team for their exceptional work. On my first night, I had a small issue with the room’s air conditioning, and their response was immediate and professional, they fixed it within minutes and even checked back later to ensure everything was perfect. Throughout my stay, everything in the hotel from the elevators to the lighting and water systems worked flawlessly, showing how well the team maintains every detail. The rooms were spotless, the lobby felt welcoming, and the overall atmosphere reflected genuine care and efficiency. Truly, the efforts of the maintenance staff made my experience comfortable and worry-free💯

I had my session with Miss Chaty, who is an amazing therapist with excellent technique and professionalism. She made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the session. Her skills and attention to detail are truly impressive — one of the best spa experiences I’ve had! The ambiance of the spa was calm and soothing, the staff was welcoming, and the overall service was top-notch. I stayed at the PC Lahore with my mum and sister. We felt so welcomed as well as feeling safe. We were collected from the airport in a timely manner and were able to arrange a driver for us whilst we went shopping. Perfect if you’re planning on shopping for clothes. The service was amazing - food and cleaners. Atif and Zunaira were very hospitable.

Lahore PC is a been there forever hotel and we had concern could be dated, but this was not the case. Fresh and airy and a modern but classic touch. We choose it due to its location in Lahore with ”close” distance to the busy city. Its located on busy beautiful Mall Road. Had it as first stop to find good hotel for several weeks, but decided to look no further and stay on at PC. Hospitality from staff is key issue to the pleasant hotel and I must say that after long day arriving from Europe and checking in spontaneously close to midnight the receptionist M. Sohail placed the solid foundation in helping us to book what became favourite room. Also next day meeting with reception manager was energetic and good. A hotel is just a building that people working there fill with kindness and excellent service. Appreciated.
