I recently attended the Annual Grand Meeting (AGM 2025) of my office, i2c Inc, which was hosted at PC Hotel. PC Hotel is already very famous for its luxury style, so naturally, expectations were quite high. The overall experience was decent but not exactly what I expected from a hotel of this level.
The venue itself was spacious and well-organized for a corporate event. The seating arrangement and hall management were good, and everything was handled smoothly. Coming to the food, it was okay. It was not bad at all, but honestly, it was also not something that felt truly “luxury.” I expected more in terms of taste and variety, but it was just average and acceptable.
The service was also average. The staff was polite and doing their job, but nothing stood out as exceptional. One thing I noticed was the condition of the washrooms. They were clean, but they didn’t feel fresh or shining like you expect in a top luxury hotel. Everything felt a bit old—the hotel clearly has luxury, but it feels like it has aged and lost some of its shine over time.
Overall, it was a fine experience for a corporate event, but not outstanding as i expected to be with such honorable name
