am writing to share my concerns regarding my recent experience at the hotel.
Unfortunately, I found the reception staff to be less than welcoming throughout my stay. Their assistance seemed to be influenced by the guests' nationality, which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, I noticed a distinct odour in the room that was quite off-putting.
Upon my arrival, I did not receive any information about the facilities unless I specifically inquired. Moreover, when I requested a possible extension for my check-out time, I was surprised to be offered only a short 30-minute extension despite the hotel not being busy. I also had to remind the reception team three times via phone about the check-out timing, which felt unprofessional. More and more training for the reception of how to deal with the guest, I believe supervisor or a duty manager was there when I raised my concerns and just been quiet, not saying anything. I will not definitely recommend this place.
