Pearl Marina Hotel Apartments

Great Location & Views, But Cleanliness and Service Need Improvement. I stayed here during the last week of December mainly because it was one of the few options available during the peak season. The Positives: The location is definitely the highlight. Situated right at the waterfront on Al Marsa St, the morning and evening views are lovely. We were lucky enough to view the JBR New Year fireworks right from our balcony (just above the Sheraton building), which was a fantastic experience. The hotel also has swimming pools—one for adults and a tiny one suitable for toddlers. The Room & Kitchen: The rooms come with an attached kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, utensils, cutlery, and plates. However, the cleanliness of these items was below par. We actually had to wash everything ourselves (using the dishwasher) before we felt comfortable using them. Dining: The on-site restaurant, "The Market," is decent value for money, but the breakfast spread was disappointing. It is very limited with too few options to choose from. Service: Room service, specifically housekeeping, really needs to pick up the pace. There didn't seem to be a set schedule, and cleaning was inconsistent. Verdict: A decent option if you prioritize location and views, but the service and cleanliness standards need to be raised to match the excellent placement.

We had a great stay! Abdullah at the reception was super friendly and made us feel really welcome. Room was amazing and beautiful view. All the staff were kind and helpfull, big thanks to the pool team and Seenu from housekeeping. It’s a perfect place for families or couples. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Pearl Marina Hotel Apartments. The property itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and offers great value, but what truly made our experience special was the outstanding service at the reception. A special mention goes to Mr. Abdullah at the front desk, who was exceptionally professional, attentive, and welcoming. He went above and beyond to ensure all our requests were taken care of promptly, making us feel valued and at home throughout our stay. His warm hospitality and dedication really stood out and elevated our overall experience. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for excellent service and a memorable stay.

I had a wonderful 7-night stay at Pearl Marina Dubai Hotel Apartments. The hospitality was truly impressive, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai. The breakfast was absolutely delicious — I enjoyed it every single morning! Special thanks to the chef and the friendly Indian gentleman in the breakfast area who took great care of us. The reception team was very polite and welcoming, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. The location is perfect, offering stunning Marina views. Even though it was extremely hot outside in July, the hotel felt pleasantly cool and comfortable inside. Overall, I had an amazing time in Dubai, and my stay at Pearl Marina made it even more memorable!

Had a great stay at Pearl Marina Hotel Apartments! The place was nice and comfortable, but what really made it special was Mr. Abdullah at the reception. He was super professional, friendly, and always welcoming. Really appreciate his outstanding service! Housekeeping tafazzul ansari was really helpful and wasim from market restaurant made our breakfast place feel homely with his bright smile. If I didn't forget the name Mitzi from reception was very kind.||Whole stay was amazing specially farzan from the pool area was friendly and nice.

We booked two rooms and stayed at this location for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience for new years. Location is great and view is simply superb. Staff are very friendly. Rajesh and Adil were friendly and extremely helpful during my stay. Will highly recommend.

⭐ 1/5 – Disgusting and Misleading This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The apartment was filthy — dust everywhere, stained furniture, dirty floors, and a strong unpleasant smell as soon as we entered. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, if at all. Nothing matched the photos or description. The place looked old, neglected, and poorly maintained. Basic hygiene standards were completely ignored, making the stay uncomfortable and frankly unacceptable. This hotel apartment is overpriced and misleading. What’s advertised online is far from reality. I regret booking this place and would strongly warn others to stay away unless you enjoy dirty and poorly managed accommodation. Absolutely not recommended.
