Pearl Marina Hotel Apartments

I had a wonderful stay at Pearl Marina Dubai. The reception was very welcoming and friendly, and they gave us a beautiful apartment that exceeded our expectations. The staff were professional and respectful, and their service was excellent. Breakfast was also delicious and well-prepared. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai!

am writing to share my concerns regarding my recent experience at the hotel. Unfortunately, I found the reception staff to be less than welcoming throughout my stay. Their assistance seemed to be influenced by the guests' nationality, which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, I noticed a distinct odour in the room that was quite off-putting. Upon my arrival, I did not receive any information about the facilities unless I specifically inquired. Moreover, when I requested a possible extension for my check-out time, I was surprised to be offered only a short 30-minute extension despite the hotel not being busy. I also had to remind the reception team three times via phone about the check-out timing, which felt unprofessional. More and more training for the reception of how to deal with the guest, I believe supervisor or a duty manager was there when I raised my concerns and just been quiet, not saying anything. I will not definitely recommend this place. I believe this feedback could be valuable for improving the guest experience at your establishment.

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment overlooking the marina — and honestly, the view was chef’s kiss. Watching the yachts go by while sipping coffee on the balcony was one of those small luxuries that made the stay memorable. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a homey vibe with a fully equipped kitchen, which is great if you prefer making your own breakfast or midnight snacks. Nothing flashy — but everything you need. Special thanks to Rajesh from the reservation department!

Great value for money. The location in the Marina makes it walkable (17min to metro station DMCC and tram) and perfect for evening entertainment. The beach is walkable too (hotel has shuttle). Rooms are clean and large with kitchenette (we had a twin). The beds are quite hard which take some getting used to and it would be great to add a topper to them. Staff are friendly, hotel is quiet, breakfast has large choice. The perfect place if you are looking for location at a budget.

A wonderful 5 star experience. Rajesh, the manager is very attentive and kind. also the chef and the people in the hotel are very attentive. the tourist feels at home. clean pool, fitness room, view of the dubai marina canal. Thank you for the wonderful holiday. Congratulations to all!

Great location of the hotel near Oats and Company dairy free gluten free that was a plus. Terrible terrible terrible internet. Please do something to make the internet better. Service is good and front desk is good. Cleanliness of the apartments is good….. Some soap in the kitchen would be nice. Other than that overall AC works well and it’s a nice stay. We come all the time I just hope the internet gets better and when we ask for water and there are 4 people in the room we should get 4 bottles. Just common sense stuff like that would be nice. But if they give you less just ask for more they are more than happy to give more. Small stuff matters to me that makes me choose the next place next time or not :)…Overall good stay. We stayed at the pearl marina hotel apartments for 2 night's. The room was a severe let down and so was the food. The room was smelly had hair all over the floor and the bed was ripped and dirty but it was a spacious room with a great view of the marina it also had a great location near a metro station and many restaurants while being close to the Jumeirah beach and JBR.The breakfast in the hotel was also a serious let down from the restaurants around the hotel.The food in the hotel was soggy and generally bad.

We would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to all the staff working at the wonderful hotel, including the managers, supervisors, and the reception team for their excellent treatment and the chefs for their skill and creativity in preparing delicious food, pastries, desserts, and refreshing juices that meet the diverse preferences of guests in the open buffet. We also appreciate the services and facilities provided, such as the free shuttle bus service to JBR Beach, the fully equipped gym, the swimming pool, the sauna, and other amenities that contributed to making our stay enjoyable and comfortable.
