Pearl Palace Heritage

Stayed here for 3 nights and 2 days. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They have themed rooms - if you are in to kitsch and art, this is the perfect place. Its an experience. The staff is the real highlight - polite and super helpful. Especially Deepak ji the manager and Shakti ji. Location is a little away from main city but the hotel has autos/ tuk tuks lined up outside. Food at Peacock is delicious. The breakfast was wholesome and flavourful. Thanks to Saku ji who serves with a beautiful smile. Overall, the Pearl made us feel at home in Jaipur :) Thank you for that.

We had the pleasure of staying in the ‘Indus’ studio. The studio itself is very comfortable, attractive and quiet. The bed and and bed linen in particular is luxurious. Space is used well and the decorations add warmth and atmosphere. We have found the staff in particular, to be warm, friendly and very helpful. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed and when we had problems, they worked hard to overcome them and find solutions. We are very sorry to leave here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Many thanks to you all for making our stay in Jaipur a memorable and pleasurable one.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with lots of lovely details in the décor – but unfortunately, that’s the only positive. The staff at the reception and especially during breakfast were absolutely terrible: disorganized and completely incapable. Even after more than an hour of waiting and asking several times, we never received our breakfast. Conclusion: if you book this hotel, do it without breakfast and eat somewhere else – it will save you a lot of frustration!

We had two nights here. Most comfortable bed we have had in forever!!! Rooms were beautiful and large. |Staff were great - very attentive. ATM super close and a lot of restaurant and rooftop bar options nearby. |Windows are single glazed so can be a little noisy but did not interrupt our sleep.

Charming hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds very comfortable. There is a temple right in front of it which starts preyers at 6am but that wasn't much of a problem, though it might be for some because you can hear it from the rooms|Excellent breakfast! The best we've had so far on our trip! Great value for money.

This hotel is beautiful, and the rooms have such unique and cool decor. It was a very comfortable place to stay with great facilities. The breakfast service was delicious! you could choose a few items of a menu which was a real treat. The location is excellent with lots of cafes / places to eat nearby. They provide a great shuttle service to a sister hotel as a dinner option which was delicious.

What a fantastic stay and hotel. Beautiful room, amazing staff who could not have done more. Room was big and very clean. Good bathroom size. Sister hotel did amazing food and rides to and from the hotel were free to it. Can't speak highly enough of the place and staff. I will return!

We booked this place as a last resort as our trip was very sudden. We came with no expectations and believe me when I say this we were mind blown. Each floor has a different theme and each room too has a classy unique theme. The service was on point and the staff were very friendly and kind. I GUARANTEE YOU WILL LOVE THE PLACE AND LEAVE WITH HAPPY MEMORIES.
