Pearl Palace Heritage

We stayed at jaisalmir 2.of Pearl palace heritage. The room is well organized,clean,spacious and decor goes with the theme. But our room had awful views like dirty walls and roofs. Everyone is welcoming and courteous. But service is very slow. Especially the breakfast service is very slow. They don’t have a kitchen. So you have to preorder breakfast on the previous night. Sitting arrangements for breakfast are limited. If the four tables are occupied. You can not get your food on time in spite of advance notice. By the time you get breakfast, everything is cold. Our city tour plan was delayed because of their slow service. Location is not bad. But I think it’s not worth the price.

The Viceroy room and bathroom was beautifully designed and spacious. Breakfast options were very generous. Staff were very friendly and helped us to arrange taxis, laundry etc. Overall this hotel was fantastic value for money and I would recommend it.

Definitely can recommend this hotel for a stay in Jaipur. Booked a suite for 3 nights and were very happy with the room. Clean and quite, spacious and with nice design details on every corner of the room and hotel.

I stayed at this hotel sadly only for one night with two of my family members. The hotel is like literally just like in the photos. They even have a restaurant which is something we never experienced before. This property is extremely clean and just so stunning. The cherry on the top is the staff. They are very well behaved and polite. They will treat you with love, care and respect. This hotel and their restaurant are both highly recommended. If we come back to Jaipur this will be our place to stay. Thank you for everything:)

Stayed at Pearl Palace Heritage in Jaipur and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a charming heritage vibe with beautiful decor that really captures the essence of Rajasthan. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, though the heater took a little time to warm up the room, but it wasn’t a major issue.||The staff was really friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The food was great, especially breakfast, though a few more options would’ve been nice, but everything was fresh and delicious.||Overall, it’s a lovely place with a lot of character, perfect for anyone wanting to experience the true essence of Jaipur. I would definitely recommend it for a stay with great hospitality and a cozy atmosphere.

Brilliant. Gorgeous room, where we slept really well. We loved the rooftop peacock restaurant and bar where we chilled out after our sightseeing. On the Saturday night the place was buzzing with locals and there was live Indian music. It offers tremendous value. Would unhesitatingly recommend it.

The most beautiful hotel we stayed in during our time in India. The staff are lovely and very attentive - they even remembered it was our anniversary and had decorated the room with flowers as a surprise. Food in the sister hotel restaurant (the peacock) down the road is amazing, and the hotel provides a free tuktuk service there, which is a nice touch.

This place is unreal! From the unique rooms to the fabulous location and the fantastic service. We had a wonderful stay of 4 nights without any issues. Breakfast is fab and the peacock restaurant for food and drinks is fabulous! They accommodated all our needs without problems. Fantastic place, highly recommended.
