My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a 2 week trip in India. I admit I had reservations about the hotel - would the rooms be a bit tacky? Hard to tell from the photos on the website. I needn’t have worried. The rooms are absolutely exquisite. Each one is different and the level of work and craftsmanship that has gone into them is astounding. We stayed in “Jaisalmer 3” and felt like royalty, but the team were kind enough to show us some of the other rooms that were empty, and each was as beautiful as the last. ||The bed was comfy, the shower was the best we’d had in a while, and the complimentary evening tea service was a welcome touch. ||The location isn’t really easily walkable, but it’s easy and super cheap to call an Uber to get to anywhere you need to go. ||They are currently building a basement spa and pool and a rooftop restaurant which will make this an even more attractive prospect. Do bear in mind though that if you like to sleep during the day (jet lag, anyone?) our room did get quite noisy with the construction work going on. ||Thank you to Deepak, Anu, and all the team for making us feel so welcome!

The Pearl Palace Heritage is a wonderfully ornate building situated in a quiet lane of a gated community. We had the pleasure of spending 3 days in the Jaisalmer Premium suite, a beautiful, unique room adorned with a carved sandstone dividing screen and similarly decorated walls, gently illuminated by soft niche lighting. The big double bed was very comfortable and the room kept at an ideal temperature by the 3 ceiling fans and 2 AC units. To the side of the bedroom area was a desk and lamp. The lounge area had a swinging seat, fridge, kettle and TV, with both drinking water and mineral water supplied daily. The large bathroom had an excellent hot shower with a good selection of toiletries provided and at the far end was a wardrobe/dressing area with plenty of storage and a safe deposit box. Robes and slippers were also provided. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, the manager particularly so, and they show a real enthusiasm for the hotel and guests comfort. Our stay at this hotel was perfect and I would highly recommend it

Beautiful Property, Total Management Failure. We stayed here for 3 nights. 2 in luxury room and 1 in suite room. The "hospitality" started with them sending a rickshaw for a station pickup. Apparently, they think travelers don't carry bags. After the manager promised a platform meetup, the rude driver made us trek 500m with our luggage. Total lack of coordination and zero respect for the guest’s time. The food "service" is an even bigger disaster. No restaurant, glacial wait times (45 minutes and several follow ups for Chai!), and staff that try to gaslight you. I ordered a Diet Coke with food. Ofcourse they forgot to send it. After following up, when they brought a regular Coke, the genius at the door tried to tell me "that’s how Diet Coke is." The final straw? Waiting hours for shampoo and being told "sorry, the staff is new." It doesn't take a genius to carry a bottle of shampoo to a room. This place is a beautiful shell with absolutely nothing going on inside. Absolutely ridiculous. Please avoid.

We had the pleasure of staying in the ‘Indus’ studio. The studio itself is very comfortable, attractive and quiet. The bed and and bed linen in particular is luxurious. Space is used well and the decorations add warmth and atmosphere. We have found the staff in particular, to be warm, friendly and very helpful. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed and when we had problems, they worked hard to overcome them and find solutions. We are very sorry to leave here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Many thanks to you all for making our stay in Jaipur a memorable and pleasurable one.

This was our first time in a Heritage hotel in Rajasthan. Pearl Palace Heritage have now set very high benchmarks for us. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are very well designed with attention to detail. We would surely visit again.

A great place to stay, especially for fans of the film The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel as a bit of that was filmed here! Good fun watching a film and seeing the hotel you're staying in.||The staff are all every helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and beautifully designed, from the carved doors to the painted walls within.||The hotel is well-placed for exploring the city and the nearby Peacock restaurant creates delicious food either on the rooftop terrace or for room-service (I did both).||All in all a great place to stay!

This hotel in Jaipur is really nice, Anwesha and the team are very kind and supportive always looking for your comfort. Of 3 hotels so far in India this has have the most comfortable bed, besides the restaurant that is in another property owned by the hotel is superb.
