Wow. What a great wine shop with reds - whites - rosés - and orange wines. And some beer! The selection is tight, diverse, and well selected. Price points are a range as well, so definitely stop in. It may look like with so few bottles they’d all be $100 bottles, but that’s not the case. They have weekly wine tastings on Wednesdays (the selections are BOGO 1/2 off) and I got to chat with Jeremy, one of the owners, who was very friendly. 2nd Wednesday of month they host local tastings. Can’t wait to try!

Fast service with favorable options for all to enjoy. I had the Sauvignon Blanc, which could have been chilled more. Expansive beer choosings and a few cider options too- those were icy! Room Layout is special for future events and tastings, small workshops/forums. you could even close on a deal, here. I’ll be back!

In this day and age we are living in, word of mouth, videos and photographs and also nice staff are some of the things that bring people to their local businesses. It also helps travelers get a sense of where to go when they are on vacation. It's free advertising. So after watching a video on YouTube about this local business (I'm a local resident) , I will never step foot into this place after Angus showed his unprofessionalism. It's a shame too because my wife, daughters and I love wine and enjoy discovering new ones. We'll gladly continue to take our business to Total Wine & More and keep our loved ones that love wine informed.

Went there a couple of months ago and was helped by Angus. He was knowledgeable and I was able to get a great wine. I then saw this same Angus on YouTube a week later and was very surprised by his rudeness towards someone exercising their rights. I wonder which side of his personality is the real one. He had an opportunity to make this place look even better, and completely failed. I hope the staff is re-trained, but I will sadly not be returning there. And it sucks because I liked the selection.

Nothing more welcoming and inviting than ”Please Leave”, and now that image of arrogance and pretentiousness will forever be etched into our minds. Definitely will NOT be visiting and or supporting. The GM who thinks the world revolves around her and the employee named Angus really soured my experience without even stepping into the place and leaves a bad taste for tourists coming to visit our beautiful Downtown Tucson. Had a great time here today. This space is amazing. Was able to chat it up with the owners and the wine and selection was top notch. Look forward to more events. Highly recommend.

My grandcanyon Arizona visit reminds how most Americans rock. As I watched the videographer get told to leave by the cashier it makes me laugh so hard that I will now recommend going to the competitor I would be a man if I were the staff at that shop and apologize to Amagansett press. I don't think you even have to be to gushingly sweet but your 2.9 out of star review may send you a message. I'm not sure you'll have the courage to right your mistakes and hence make more money because you may just prove you're little boys that forgot how to love. We're all watching so I and others have given you a chance. This is a great store with an eclectic collection of interesting wines and a few other well curated items. We stopped in to get a gift for a friend and Angus helped us out and pointed us in the right direction. He also poured us a sample from an open bottle and we had a lovely, impromptu tasting. We will be back!

Customer service is impeccable, the young gentleman that works there is so friendly and knowledgeable. I will drive 30 mins down from Marana to this local gem to get my favorite French wine

Came here on a visit to Tucson while dropping our son off at UofA. Pretentious...and take themselves way too serious given who and where they are. This is Tucson, not Napa. Treat your customers better...you never know who is walking through your door. Do better. Bear Down!

What a rad find! Stumbled upon this place on way to dinner the other night and thought I was imagining things! I love small, unique wineries and distilleries and am always on the lookout for a cool wine or spirit that I have never seen. So much awesome stuff here, and friendly and knowledgeable staff to boot! I know where I'll be making my purchases from now on!

Extremely knowledgeable staff and incredible selection. They have a wide range of prices on bottles. If you are wanting to expand your wine knowledge and develop your palate, I highly recommend you check this place out. I can't wait to go back!
