Amazinggg hotel with amazing staff! The hotel location is perfect, you are close to Fira, and Oia . Vey clean hotel, with an amazing view , and perfect customer service. We really appreciate John, Lona , and all staff from frond desk girls to cleaning staff. Jihn and Lona made our day with their beautiful smile and hospitality every morning. Thanks Lona for giving me warm milk and honey for my husband’s cough, and thanks to John for making us orange juice and coffee every morning!!! You guys are great! with Love , |Clarice & Ruben !!!

This place is out of this world , absolutely amazing from start to finish . The staff were absolutely amazing made us feel so so welcome , gave us recommendations and tips about the island which really made our holiday. We would like to specially thank Maria at reception for being so polite and helpful always. This will be a trip we will never forget. The rooms are so beautiful we were fortunate enough to be upgraded and get to experience the beautiful honey moon suites for our anniversary. We will definitely be coming back here. An amazing stay for our first time in Greece altogether. Santorini is so beautiful and it’s a must to stay at the Pegasus suites and spa.

How much more beautiful can a hotel be? I think it has the best view of the island. All the cruise ships are right in front of you. The rooms are very clean. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. Everything was perfect.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury and Greek excellence. It was the best experience from start to finish. Maria and Janni/John in particular were welcoming, kind, helpful and the height of professional. The views from the rooms are to die for. Food fresh. I cannot recommend this place enough and I will be back for sure. Total perfection.

Absolutely amazing trip! Returned to this hotel again and my stay was incredible. The views are out of this world! All staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast has so much choice and is a great way to start the day. The food menu and prices are extremely reasonable. The cocktails were delicious 😋 We travelled as a couple and would love to be welcomed back again for another stay.

This hotel is built right into the caldera. We liked this location in Imervogli as opposed to Oia where everybody stays. We could just sit on our terrace and enjoy a beautiful sunset as opposed to fighting amongst a bunch of people to get a view. We were able to walk a LOT from this hotel which is what we enjoy. We found this area of Santorini much more authentic- cobblestone pathways and a lot of climbing up and down. We went to Oia one night for dinner but found it much more North Americanized. Completely different vibe. The only negative I would say is that we did have to switch rooms because of maintenance issues - our door knob wouldn't open the door from the inside or out, there was as constant sound in our room that sounded like a CPAP machine etc. We were moved immediately to an upgraded room which was fine. Maria at the front desk who is the manager was great. Very receptive and accommadating. Nothing she couldn't or wouldn't help us with.

Beautiful hotel - fresh, airy, comfy, clean, relaxing - perfect location in a quieter part of Santorini in the lovely village of Imerovigli (20-30 min walk to Fira) with amazing views! And in walking distance to plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. |Lots of steps and no lifts - but that’s probably everywhere on the caldera coast in Santorini - hotel staff were really helpful, meeting us from our airport transfer and carrying our bags to the hotel and to the room (& again on return). |Hotel staff were all very friendly - special thanks to John for his recommendations on places to visit, Effie for any questions we had and Maria for her top class recommendations for cafes and restaurants (which were all amazing).

Just spent 10 days in Santorini at the Pegasus suites, wonderful place in an amazing setting. To add to this the staff at the hotel are truly wonderful. Maria on reception was an absolute star and can help with anything you need & offers great advice on the island, I tried but i don't believe there is anything she does not know !! ||The rest of the staff too are just as accommodating with anything, not to mention supporting the first class service. ||Imerovigli is a beautiful village set high atop the cliffs with wonderful views of the Caldera & a fairly easy walk into the main town of Fira easily done in 30 minutes. the walk back however is a little more "challenging", ||Food, service, treatments and all elements at Pegasus suites are excellent. Although the walk down to breakfast from our room was around 100 steps it was worth the effort.||Santorini overall is a great place to visit, but the exemplary attention to detail at Pegasus Suites made a great holiday very special.||Thanks guys, caan't wait to return.
