Pelangi Beach Resort & Spa, Langkawi

Had a lovely stay! The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always ready with a smile and helpful attitude. The food was delicious with a good variety to choose from. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. What really stood out was the range of kid-friendly activities — it kept the little ones happily occupied. Overall, a great experience for both adults and children. Would definitely recommend!

Love everything about this resort. The best hotel breakfast i have ever had ever!! The spread may not be too wide in one restaurant but it is more than enough considering there are 2 options of dining places and the taste is superb!! Hospitality is world class. Worth every single penny spent. Will definitely come again!! Great job!!

I stayed at Pelangi Beach Resort in July 2025, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. This is my third time here, and the resort never disappoints. Surrounded by nature and right by the beautiful beach, it’s the perfect place to relax. The staff service was top-notch—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere felt peaceful and refreshing. I will definitely come back again!

My wife and I stayed here during our trip to Langkawi and had an amazing experience. The resort has a beautiful, village-style layout with wooden chalets, palm trees, and easy beach access. We stayed in the Lake view room, which overlooks the Cascade Pool and the sunsets were absolutely stunning. We used the 24/7 buggy service to get around the resort as it was very humid and our chalet was at the end of the resort. The staff were friendly, breakfast had lots of variety, and the location is perfect—peaceful but still close to Cenang Beach and the main strip. NOTE: Bring mosquito spray just in case, and definitely catch the beach during golden hour. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Langkawi as it is also 10-15min drive from the Langkawi airport!

My family and I had the chance to experience beach wedding which was held in Pelangi Resort. The wedding was wonderful and Ms Aurora was so helpful and tried her best to accommodate everyone's request. ||Since it was a family gathering, this was our only chance to get together as a family to chit chat until late night and one of the nights we were very hungry and had to order food late at night about 2am and hotel staff sent the food and also ice request to us. We were so glad. ||The rooms in Pelangi were big and spacious. Pool was one of the unforgettable part for my son. He had a blast there. Thank you also to Mr Pierre the resort manager for always checking on us and ensuring everything is great. Will definitely recommend this place to others and come back!

Held my Wedding at the Hotel and the whole experience was something that I will never forget. Family and guest was well taken care off. Me and Wife were treated with utmost priority. Staff was friendly and accomodating especially Ms. Aurora. The General Manager Pierre is also someone that takes pride in his job and helped us at all times needed. Thank you

Loved the hotel stay! Everything was pleasant, room was clean and every noon, room was given a beautiful clean up service, the housekeeping lady was very kind and thoughtful to top up extra water on a scorching weather days! The receptionist were amazing! Most of the staffs were helpful! Including buggy service and security. Didn’t enjoy the food on the first night in the western kitchen. The gladius of the squid was still there. Second night, waitress could have informed how spicy the green curry was gonna be when order was taken but instead were told when it was served, literally and it was spicy, indeed! And, the pulp from the juice mixer was all in our watermelon juice and we commented, the waitress could not understand. However, the breakfast, every single morning, in the Asian Kitchen was spot-on! With variety of choices and just tasty food. Overall, an amazing experience and will definitely return! ;)

The resort was very nice. It is quite large but we liked walking around like a little village. The food was really good and nicely presented. The staff were lovely and helpful. The infrastructure was quite well done as well. They also had an international post box and stamps which were great for postcards! The beach wasn't really used for swimming but the pools made up for it and it was really pretty.
