Pelican Beach Hotel

Pelican Beach Hotel was a fantastic little hotel. Now it does not have the amenities like a larger hotel but that being said it didn’t disappoint. Donna was absolutely brilliant and took care of any needs or issues we had. She set us up with a local guide to go snorkeling, recommended beaches to go to. Bambarra and Wild Cow Run were definitely highlights. Due to it being the off/shoulder season, We were the only guests at the hotel so it felt like we had the island to ourselves. The hotel had better WiFi than the bigger resort (Tuscany) we stayed at on Provo. The Barracuda Beach bar had some of the best food on the island. The fettuccine was really quite tasty (Weird but true). Breakfast was served every morning and was delicious and simple. Kay gave an absolutely amazing massage. Definitely a great experience.

All 5 stars! I come from the panhandle of Florida and are accustomed to beautiful white beaches and crystal blue waters and this hotel far surpasses our beaches. It's so remote from the crazy tourist atmosphere of the nearby Provo. This hotel has all the boxes checked off if you want seclusion. The food is primo, the service is excellent, and the views are to die for. Of course staying there in July which is at end of the tourist season added to the feel of being the only quests at the hotel. YEP...you heard me right....the ONLY quests for 5 days. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation than the one we just experienced. Donna, the owner of this family owned historical hotel, was so gracious to us throughout our stay. And her staff were just as accommodating. The beach front unit we stayed in allowed us an unbelievable view of the ocean, within a few feet of the water. If you're wanting the crazy traffic of the nearby island of Providenciales (Provo) and the gazillion tourists it offers, this romantic hotel is not for you. But if you want one of the most quaint beach hotels on the Caicos Island, (north to be exact), then this is the place you need to check out. You won't regret it.

I had my wedding here in April and it couldn't have been more perfect!!! Donna and the entire staff at Pelican Beach were incredible and made me feel like family. It's a stunning, remote location and the food, decor, and service were impeccable. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. For anyone looking for a private, one of a kind beach ceremony, this is the PERFECT spot. Our guests loved it. I can't wait to return!!

We just returned from a wonderful vacation spent at Pelican Beach Hotel. Everyone from the ownership and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Our room was 10 steps to the beach which could have been considered as private. We were introduced to many local food delicacies and cocktails at their Barracuda bar, which is also on the beach. If you are looking for a place away from the crowds, and wish to enjoy a peaceful relaxing Caribbean vacation, try North Caicos and stay at the Pelican!

We stayed a week at this little very well run hotel. The ferry crossing was quick and easy and met by taxi and taken to hotel. On arrival was given cold towels and a rum punch. A good start! our room was very clean and we saw that after each stay of visitors it was deep cleaned with a steam mop. In the room there was air conditioning, plus ceiling fan, fridge, coffee maker [refills given every day) iron and hair dryer. You are literally 20 paces away from the beach so sitting on sun loungers on your porch is idyllic- listening to the waves. On site is the Baracuda Bar and here you can have delicious cocktails and great food - we ate here most nights. Each morning a breakfast tray arrives, with juice, fruit cup and a hot breakfast, we were there 6 days and every breakfast was different. Omelettes, pancakes etc. They now have fabulous swimming pool on site.|we did hire electric scooters one days and toured the island again a great service from twin e bike tours.||We had a fab stay and would go back. Thank you.

My husband and I stayed here for my 30th birthday - and it was incredible. The property is a quiet, romantic gem with a turquoise water beachfront.. it doesn’t get better than this. The rooms are simple, very clean and the staff makes sure you are taken care of - it may not be a 5- star all inclusive resort, but it is a perfect place for your island life hideaway. Everyone works so hard and goes beyond to ensure you have the best relaxing experience. You can appreciate the nature, quiet, peaceful life here. We cannot wait to be back! The food at Barracuda Beach Bar is also amazing - plus the drinks!

The Pelican Beach hotel is a little known jewel on North Caicos. One of the best things about it is their customer service. Each staff member, from Grace at the front desk to Kay at the spa and everyone else were so helpful and easy to work with. They accommodated all of our needs well. Another great thing is the location. Our hotel room was right on the beach. When we stepped off of our small patio we were amongst the palm trees and sand of the beach, just ten steps from the water's edge. It was also very quiet and peaceful. We felt as if we were the only people there, and sometimes on the beach, we were the only people on the beach. This hotel does have pool, a great beach front bar and restaurant, and a spa, but if you want a big resort with a gigantic pool, three bars, a disco, jet skies, crowed beaches. and parasailers, then North Caicos is not for you. North Caicos is as beautiful unspoiled Caribbean island. This hotel is perfect for a couples getaway, a honeymoon, or just enjoying the benefits of a great Caribbean island.

We had a great stay. Beautiful little hotel right on the beach. We wanted to stay in a nice quiet place for a couple of days before we went to provo, and this was perfect. Waking up in the morning and walking on the beach, shell hunting with our coffee was beautiful.
