Pells Pool - Seasonal Outdoor Swimming Pool

Had a great time, the pool was on the chilly side but you soon got used to it, on a really hot day a cold pool would be just what you need I'm sure Food prices were good and lower than expected

Affordable, friendly, clean and accessible, Pells is a brilliant example of a well-run slice of paradise. Book in advance to avoid disappointment! Keep up the great work guys.

Love the Pells pool, such a relaxed environment, well maintained and beautiful for a fresh outdoor swim. A very special place.

Went to Pells Pool on 05/08/24 for the 12-3 session with my partner & 3 kids. Had to book online, if you leave it too late tickets will sell out, recommend booking in advance. Did not have to wait too long to come in. Impressed with price of tickets, total value for money. Pool was large & lovely, plenty of space to swim, lifeguards do their job well & not overzealous on the whistle. Grassed area was good too, not too overcrowded, few picnic benches. You're allowed to bring your own deck chairs, blankets, picnics etc. Small pool for babies & toddlers to keep cool. All Staff seemed to be polite & welcoming. Pells pool is relatively easy to get to, train station not too far away. Small Car park located just a few minutes walk away, £1.90 for the day. My only downside if have to say is that I would have liked the paddling pool for toddlers & babies area to be a bit more exciting for smaller children, to maybe add a small slide and/or water fountains etc. Overall 5/5.

At £3 per head this is a no brainier for serious and recreational swimmers alike. Lovely setting near central Lewes by the pond/canal/woodland. Good clean set up inside with warm showers.

Great, fairly warm, large freshwater pool. Swam on rainy day. Changing rooms and toilets very basic but lovely staff and very reasonable entrance prices. It has a lovely vibe!

Clean "old fashioned ildo" with a large swimming pool and smaller paddling pool. Friendly and helpful staff look after the pool which has basic changing facilities. Showers are in the open and the basic changing facilities are at the opposite end to the toilets. A standard day ticket does allow re-entry, there are snacks and drinks served on sale at the entry kiosk.

Just spent a lovely first vist here. An absolutely cracking pool. Clean, friendly and helpful staff. The water is a tad chilly but no more than I expected. Very refreshing and lovely to be in the open air. Good value for money, snacks not over-priced like other places. Well worth a visit. Thank you Pells Pool.
