Very disappointing experience. The staff showed no professionalism and absolutely no empathy. It seems they rely more on their central location in Poble Sec, which brings in guiris or casual visitors, rather than on offering quality service. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for skilled hairstyling or attentive customer care.

It was my first time in Barcelona, and after having shaved my hair in January and not having done a single thing to it since then (very unusual for me), I was itching to get it cut and colored while I was there. I searched for queer salons and found OutCast, and can I just say that Elena gave me the EXACT cut and color that I wanted! I feel like myself again. Thank you. 🩷

It has been my second time and I think I will go there the next time to cut my hair. Both times Tom cut my hair and I am really happy with the result. Great music selection and an amazing sound (that Tom also setup) Very nice vibes and I the place is very nice as well, I like the ambient and the very cool magazines to read if you need to wait a moment. I totally recommend it!!!

My favorite hair salon in Barcelona since I discovered it in 2016! I love going here and always have so much fun at my appointments. With very thick and curly hair, I trust this place and often just let ton do whatever he wants! And it comes out better than I could imagine, or have instructed! Gracias!!🥰

I was so happy with my experience at OutCast! They were really welcoming and Leslie is an absolute artist. She had incredible attention to detail and I left with the best hair I've had in years. And the price and music were both fantastic. Completely recommended and I'll definitely be back :)

Tom and Leslie are simply the best in the city. I’ve had my hair cut by Tom now for six years and won’t go anywhere else! Not only do they do an amazing job, they are so kind and detail oriented. I love OutKast a lot and highly recommend it to you! I also love that it’s not a pretentious place to visit( Most hair salons can have that feel) OutKast has a very authentic vibe that sets it apart from the rest.

I’ve been in bcn for 3 years and I’ve finally found the perfect hairdresser! Super friendly people who really listen to what you want! I was told the condition of my hair and what was recommended to keep it healthy whilst in keeping with what I wanted! Beautiful place, with lovely vibes and great tunes! The price is fantastic! I’m definitely going to be a regular... I fully reccomend this place!
