A very cute and warm patisserie. Pastry is definitely worth a try. Love the top lemon layer of the custard square, it’s such a great kick that brings the pie to life. Took away an apple crumble croissant and it tastes really good after toasted. If you prefer savory, there are a variety of pies to choose from. The crispiness of the crust is just perfect!

This is the best almond croissant I have ever eaten!! Celebrating my completion of the Milky Way photography last night😆 $8.8 is also the normal price, the almonds are crispy and the more you chew them, the sweetness is just right, suitable for eating alone or with coffee😳

Fantastic food and delicious coffee. I can't believe that this little place can produce such fabulous food. The staff is so friendly and kind. It was a perfect place to celebrate my birthday.

Love the pastries here. They are AMAZING. No regrets stopping by even though it wasn't on the way to Queenstown. The potato and leek soup was thicc. Abit too heavy for me but my wife enjoyed it.

Recommend you to order Almond croissant, Danish and bacon and onion Quiche

Google
Overpriced quiches, they're good but not that good, and rather small size. If you've had proper silky custard flaky quiche before these ones here will disappoint. Really love their custard squares, eclairs and almond croissants though, 5 stars for those. Brought family from overseas there and sausage rolls were very greasy. Will stick to their sweets, as the savories did not impress for those high prices. Nice & friendly staff.

I highly recommend. The pastries are excellent. We returned five times during our short stay in Wanaka because everything was so good. We tried the pain au chocolat, the croissant, the almond croissant, the doughnuts, and the ham and cheese croissant—and everything was just excellent. Better than most French pastry shops. The service is great and the prices are very reasonable.

Coffee tasted a bit burnt. Maybe just the one I got. The cabinet foods looked great tho

Yelp
Great and busy bakery near Wanaka! Counter service was good- order and wait. We got lucky and found two barstools against the wall to enjoy our sausage rolls and latte- the place was packed! Small and charming, casual cafe. The latte was nice and smooth. The sausage roll had a nice flaky crust.

Yelp
My partner and I bought a custard slice ($8) and a ham & cheese croissant ($9.50). They were absolutely divine! The croissant was buttery and there was soft cheese in every bite. The custard slice was sweet and airy. We came on a Friday morning around 10am, and there was a line out the door. They're fairly efficient at moving people through, so we didn't have to wait too long. If I lived in Wanaka, I'd definitely be a regular.

Yelp
Quick, efficient, delicious, and comfortable. The pie of the day was outstanding! As a traveler wandering through town I find myself most satisfied with fresh pastry crumbs all over my shirt, and I got exactly what I was looking for with the freshly baked goods here.

Yelp
Cute little bakery in Albert Town, minutes before Wanaka. It's less crowded compare to the busy Wanaka so it's a great place to hang out if you want to relax and enjoy some pastry and good coffee. For a small place, they have a great selection of pastries and baked goods available. If you're eating in, you can try their jam for free. They had chili jam, onion, apricot, and marmalade available when we were there. They also have dairy free milk available for +$0.5 Walk to the back of eating area and you can see them making pastries through a glass window! Great baked goods, great coffee and friendly staff, I'll definitely come back!

Yelp
A very busy and welcoming cafe at the end of Arrowtown's lone commericial street. The town us a relaxing place to getaway from Queenstown's craziness. Great breakfast items and super baked good and cappuccinos'. Nice inside and garden seating. Highly recommend but one note: They promote their sticky buns as their featured item. I think they dropped the ball there, but other breakfast pastries were wonderful.
