Cozy and clean... Clean towels and bathroom every day. Friendly staff and cozy little hotel; coffee (nespresso machine) and water always available in the hotel lobby. Warm and beautifully decorated lobby for relaxation. Neighborhood picturesque, quiet and safe. You can enjoy Dublin also because of the accommodation that relaxes you and recharges your batteries for further exploration.

Positive: Very friendly staff. Helpful in every way. I was able to leave my luggage at the desk until my room was ready, giving me time to check out Dublin! Also good recommendations for food and shopping. Negative: The bathroom had some issues.

A lovely hotel for a few nights. Drove in from the airport a little early, and they were so kind about getting my room ready quickly, with a comfortable lobby area to wait in. Bathroom was small but the shower was delightful. Breakfast was delicious at their restaurant, although not included. Car park was secure and easy to find. Walkable to other restaurants and pubs, easy walk to Dublin Castle and Temple Bar area.

My wife and I stayed there for our one day/night in Dublin. It was a great choice. The location was good and quiet but still by wonderful dining options within walking distance (highly recommend Searsons). Gabriel, who checked us in, was very efficient and helpful. The room was nice and had secured free parking too. For the price this is a hard to beat place.

Great townhouse/inn in good location. Staff was great. Breakfasts were great. Room was large by UK standards, though it only had a queen bed. I big plus if you're driving is a car park behind the hotel (get directions from the desk). In an upscale neighborhood walking distance to lots of good pubs and restaurants. It is not air conditioned, so ask for a fan if the weather is hot. Some street noise if the windows are open, but quieted down at night.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a trip around Ireland. We chose this hotel as we were travelling with our dog. The hotel is dog tolerant as in we could have our dog in the room with us but the dog could not go anywhere else in the hotel at all and there was no provision for the dog such as a water bowl as you would find in many UK hotels.||The staff were generally unhelpful and we had mixed messages with one reception member advising we didn’t need to book breakfast and could turn up and we were then quite firmly told they may not be able to accommodate us when we followed this advice. ||Beyond the beautiful front the hotel is looking tired with no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. For what we paid- in excess of €200 per night the service and experience wasn’t good. We did however like the location and the ability to walk into Dublin centre.

Great location and indeed impressive Georgian frontage with a tasteful reception and lounge area. However, the quality pretty much ends there. Much of the interior is very faux and the reality you experience does not live up to the marketing pictures. The breakfast was dreadful, uninterested staff, got the order wrong, no pasteries and a fruit selection that was pitiful. Morning reception staff member was rude and gave a strong impression that all customers were an inconvenience. All in all, fine if you need a bed for the night but definitely don't over pay and this is no fine boutique hotel experience.

Absolutely recommend staying here. The whole place gives old luxury. You can tell they out a lot of care into it. It’s clean, beautiful, quiet, and staff is oh so friendly and accommodating. There’s an always open bar to grab a pitcher of water, coffee, tea, or a pastry that was hugely convenient.
