I made a purchase and received the in incorrect order. I ordered 4x A2 frames but instead received some pens and accessories.
I have emailed pen store several times with no response, so I messaged them on Instagram (as well as commenting publicly incase my message went into requests), still no response. Then I called them today, eventually managed to speak to someone who said the frames were out of stock, my order would be refunded and they would email me a label so I could return the pens along with a free shipping voucher for my next order.
The email and refund notification haven't arrived. Really awful customer service so far - just answer your emails and keep an eye on your socials for customer contact. I run a business, it isn't hard.
Hoping that by leaving a review they will take action to rectify this - unhappy customer here who's £72.98 out of pocket.
