Got my pens and the refill packs today with 25% discount!! So happy to see a shop still sell the real deal. Mind us the good old days! Most of their brands and stocks are from Germany and Japan. Very nice collection of Lamy pens.

It's a nice store with pens and other things for writing/calligraphy/artsy things. I got 2 fountain pens there 2 years ago and still use it and love it! Went there to get more ink for the pens and it was quick and smooth to do that. Quite reasonable price for ink (33kr), but 300kr for a pen in 2023 felt a little too expensive 🙈

I made a purchase and received the in incorrect order. I ordered 4x A2 frames but instead received some pens and accessories. I have emailed pen store several times with no response, so I messaged them on Instagram (as well as commenting publicly incase my message went into requests), still no response. Then I called them today, eventually managed to speak to someone who said the frames were out of stock, my order would be refunded and they would email me a label so I could return the pens along with a free shipping voucher for my next order. The email and refund notification haven't arrived. Really awful customer service so far - just answer your emails and keep an eye on your socials for customer contact. I run a business, it isn't hard. Hoping that by leaving a review they will take action to rectify this - unhappy customer here who's £72.98 out of pocket.

The staff was nice and knowledgeable about fountain pens and inks. It's the only store I have seen in Stockholm that lets you try out Lamy fountain pens with nibs ranging from smallest extra fine up to their largest calligraphy 1.9 mm size nib.

Good price compared to other places + ships to UK. I got Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils (singles) to stock up my inventory. Packaging was very poorly, simply thrown in to the cardboard box in a plastic bag. Many pencils had their lead broken - only noticeable once you start using and need to sharpen them. It's strange how the company named Pen Store does not know how to protect fragile items like Colour Pencils. Stock as such should be in bubble wrap at least. Will not buy again....

Ordered 2B lead and received 2 HB Pentel lead in a 2B container. Pentel up to Japanese nonsense again - NOT recommended to buy Pentel rubbish

Amazing great service! Great selection of pens, pencils and pastels, inks and brush pens. Everything that one may need for writing. Papers and other writing materials one could ever need! Strong recommendation!

Fun place to shop at! Very happy and helpful staff. I liked that I could feel the pens in my hand and try to write with them on paper first. Easily find a very luxurious pen that's just right, so much to choose from! Almost feels like a custom-made pen since I've selected it myself ;)

I ordered a green Lamy Pico pen but received a pink one instead. I e-mailed them about it, and they replied they don't have a green one and that the description on the website was incorrect.

Pens, pens and more pens! I was getting really tired or not having "classy" pens to use. I like to fancify EVERYTHING! So, it was beyond time to pimp out my desk! They had a nice selection on their website. I ended up ordering pink and mint colored Parker pens via the internet for pick up at the store. I couldn't be happier! They were at a good price! I've cleaned out my desk and gotten rid of all those cheap half functioning hotel pens that I was hoarding... LOL! I didn't really know this place existed until I Googled "Pens" and "Stockholm." I do think it was pretty convenient to order something and be able to pick it up the same day! Ok selection, Thumbs up! =)

We stumbled upon this store after a day of shopping and it was a wonderful experience. The store is bright, beautiful and inspiring. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. A happy place!
