Peninsula Airlie Beach

Fran and Paul were absolutely lovely! Nothing was a bother. Surprised me with a lovely food/wine hamper as I was there with my little family for my 40th. Apartment was a great home away from home. Had everything we needed. Lovely, spacious and clean. Bit of a walk with little ones into Airlie Beach so we ended up hiring a car to get a round and travel outside of Airlie Beach a little. Horseshoe Bay Beach was a lovely spot, worth the drive and perfect for DIY snorkeling. Tuk Tuk tour was great also! Lovely cafes half way around the boardwalk. Turtles outside our balcony. Beautiful little beach downstairs…water was lovely and warm! Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back one day. Thanks Fran and Paul!

Our stay at Peninsula Airlie Beach was nothing short of exceptional. Located right on the waterfront at the quiet end of town, the property offers breathtaking views over the marina and out to the Coral Sea — perfect for sunrise coffees or sunset drinks on the balcony. The apartment was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with all the comforts of home and then some. The full kitchen, laundry facilities, and open-plan living space made it ideal for a longer stay. We especially loved the private balcony overlooking the yachts — it felt like our own slice of paradise. The location is peaceful yet still within walking distance (or a short drive) to the main street, restaurants, and lagoon. The secure parking and well-maintained grounds added to the overall sense of comfort and quality. Management are super friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and offering great local recommendations. If you’re looking for luxury, space, and serenity in Airlie Beach, Peninsula is a top-tier choice. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! We have stayed twice in 6 months! We love it...

Unbeatable accommodation! Awesome value for money. We had the most amazing view of the coral sea, the interior was beautifully decorated, very spacious, clean and had everything we needed and more. The pool was so much fun for our 3 young children. Francine was so lovely, helpful and accommodating. Honestly - we couldn't fault this property and can't wait to come back! Thank you for an incredible stay!

Perfect from the moment I booked to when we sadly had to leave.|Fran & Paul are the best hosts. They are friendly and nothing is too much trouble.|The apartment had the most amazing views and in a perfect position for some peace & quiet away from the main street of Airlie. Great walks, cafes, restaurants & bars just a short distance from your door along the boardwalk.|The apartment was spotlessly clean, with generous provisions and a really comfortable bed.|We will definitely stay again when we next visit Airlie Beach.

We've stayed at Peninsula Apartments many times, and we can highly recommend it! Why do we keep going back? The location, being so close to the water, is really special. The apartments are spacious and modern. It's quiet, being right on the point, there's no traffic. The onsite hosts are super friendly and helpful. Some of the apartments could do with a little more TLC to keep their 5 star rating, and that's probably just us being particular, but the other pluses balance this out. We are already longing to return!

Fran & Paul were an absolute delight to deal with – helpful and welcoming from the time of booking right through to check out. Our 2-bedroom apartment overlooking the marina was beautiful and in the perfect location: close enough to everything, but far enough from the busyness of town to be peaceful and relaxing. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay – highly recommend Peninsula Airlie Beach!

We absolutely loved our time at the Peninsula. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean & tidy and gorgeous views. But what made the experience even more enjoyable was the customer service! The team were exceptional, we've never had service like that before. 100% we will be booking again.

We had a wonderful 3 nights at the Peninsula Airlie beach we wished we could stay longer. It was so relaxing with the best view and such a convenient location.
