Great hotel if your room is fully functioning. Unfortunately our first room the thermostat was broken on the shower so the water was either way too hot or too cold. Also, the tv would not work at all. After some hassle we were finally given a new room which was fine but it took a lot of time as they weren’t keen to move us, it really was an inconvenience. We had stayed in this hotel last year and it is showing some signs of wear and tear but has the fundamentals right with comfortable beds and bedding, good space for luggage, lots of power sockets, kettle, hairdryer, safe, smart tv’s and it’s in a great location. Overall I’d recommend if they keep on top of maintenance.

A very nice and clean place with quite a good location, not far from Khaosan Road and a 20-minute walk from the Royal Palace. The wi-fi is very fast. The shower is separated from the toilet with a wall, which is very comfy. On the fifth floor there is a terrace with a view over the roofs.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are comfortable, big and clean. Staff is very friendly and possible to book bus tickets at the hotel. Location is also very good, close to the busy area at khaosan, but just far enough that it's nice and quiet

Clean and neat room. The hotel space was calm and good ambiance. Room amenities are available. Stairs only. Quite near to the khaosan road by walk. Good hospitality from staff. Car park is available. Recently recommended to my tourists, the staff are still always be nice and at good service.

Good location--very near the palaces, Khaosan Road and easy access from Icon Siam and Asiatique via Chao Praya River. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, massage shops and convenience stores nearby.||Rooms are well-maintained, clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Wifi is fast. Hotel has huge parking area. It also has large grounds and has its own seating area and garden..||Reception counter is manned 24/7 so late evening check in was no issue. Overall good value for money.

The room was soooo comfortable! And the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I will recommend this place to friends of mine who are staying in Bangkok.

This is our go-to hotel in Bangkok for the past 14 years. Recently renovated, peaceful and close to lovely temples, great selection of street restaurants within 5 minutes walk, massage parlours and phra athit boat pier. Take the orange flag boat from Phra Athit anywhere along the river for 16 baht. Easy to reach all tourist destinations without traffic jams. Local riverside park nearby for lovely relaxing picnics and join-in the community Zumba classes. Just a few minutes walk away. Lots to love about this quiet comfortable hotel with shady garden, on site launderette and newly opened coffee shop serving craft coffee grown in Northern Thailand and delicious lime soda. Very friendly service. Rooms are clean with new clean Aircon units and good lighting options. Beds are comfy. Showers always have hot water. One of the other assets is safety. This is a gated hotel, with 24/7 front of house security ( always with a smile). You feel welcome and safe here. We feel like it’s our second home. The large shady gardens and under cover outdoor seating with tables mean you can walk to all amenities, but relax in this peaceful sanctuary. Highly recommend

We stayed here for 1 night on arrival to Bangkok. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was good value for money and about a 20 minute walk away from Koh San road. Clean room, clean bedding and a great shower. ||However- we were on the 3rd floor with no lift therefore carrying suitcases up 3 flights of stairs was quite a challenge in the heat! The bed was also absolutely rock solid and not comfortable at all. Walls were also very thin. A fine hotel to stop over for 1 night but unfortunately, we were glad to check out the following day,
