Penpark Place

Had a lovely time staying here. It's quiet but also very close to the night life and so much amazing things to see close by. Staff are so friendly and helpful really can't complain about anything. Also they do the best caramel iced latte. Hopefully going back the end of the month.

Our stay in Penpark Place was perfect! The rooms are very modern and clean, with everything you need (coffee, water, mini fridge, desk, towels, hair dryer, etc). The staff is super attentive and nice, they helped us with all our questions and with the luggage storage. There's always someone at the front desk to help you, no matter the hour. The location is simply perfect. It's not in the middle of a busy area, so it's super quiet and calm, but if you walk ten minutes you find yourself in Rambuttri Rd! You have restaurants, 7-11s and coffee places around, and the Grabs can pick you up directly inside the hotel. In case you feel like chilling in the hotel you can use their terrace on the fifth floor. It's massive with a few tables and chairs, with an amazing view of the city.

I recommand this hotel. Good service The staff is helpful. Twice I brought breakfast forward to 6:30 a.m. (before the restaurant opened), and we did so wholeheartedly. The person in charge of the excursion reservation service is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it.

A very nice and clean place with quite a good location, not far from Khaosan Road and a 20-minute walk from the Royal Palace. The wi-fi is very fast. The shower is separated from the toilet with a wall, which is very comfy. On the fifth floor there is a terrace with a view over the roofs.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are comfortable, big and clean. Staff is very friendly and possible to book bus tickets at the hotel. Location is also very good, close to the busy area at khaosan, but just far enough that it's nice and quiet

Great hotel if your room is fully functioning. Unfortunately our first room the thermostat was broken on the shower so the water was either way too hot or too cold. Also, the tv would not work at all. After some hassle we were finally given a new room which was fine but it took a lot of time as they weren’t keen to move us, it really was an inconvenience. We had stayed in this hotel last year and it is showing some signs of wear and tear but has the fundamentals right with comfortable beds and bedding, good space for luggage, lots of power sockets, kettle, hairdryer, safe, smart tv’s and it’s in a great location. Overall I’d recommend if they keep on top of maintenance.

The room was soooo comfortable! And the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I will recommend this place to friends of mine who are staying in Bangkok.

Very friendly staff with reception operating 24h.Very clean and neat hotel with a nice spacious terrace on the rooftop.Very good location and very quiet with no outside noises.
