Lovely quaint hotel that is located ideally for the beach, castle, bars and restaurants. Caroline is full of interesting knowledge of Alicante and is a pleasure to meet. The communication was outstanding from booking till checking out. Room was lovely and clean along with the private bathroom. I will defo stay at the hotel again and would recommend

A nice budget hotel with helpful staff right behind the cathedral in the old town of Alicante. An easy walk from the train station and the bus stop for the airport bus. My room was quite spacious for one person as was the shower room. The wifi was great. There were many restaurants at all price points nearby. It was very quiet at night once the cathedral bells stopped strking the hours at 10!

Wonderful hidden gem in a beautiful part of the old town Alicante. Warm welcome from Caroline who was friendly and helpful and the heart and soul of the place. An excellent location surrounded by some great places to eat and drink, and near plenty of places of interest. Easy to get around on foot but many buses and trams to go further afield. The beachfront, and the Marina were a few minutes walk away. I would highly recommend this place, great value, and the human touch which makes the world of difference. I will definitely be back 💛

I stayed here for a month and was so pleased with the service they provided. Caroline the owner was so helpful, and lovely to chat with.as was the lovely lady on reception. Housekeeping were very good, the room was spotless, plenty of clean towels, and tea, coffee ect was always provided. I will certainly come back here again, as it is in the centre of Alicante, close to everything you could want. Best wishes for the new year to you all. Sylvia

Ive travelled europe a lot this year. Stayed 1 to 5 star. This hotel cares for its users. They have a lovely recycling area where people leave suncream. I used a par bottle of rum but left half a litre of Larious. ||The attention to detail for a late check in was spot on. Make sure you hit the light button on entering the big doors!||Shared bathroom was no issue. All toiletries supplied. ||Wonderfull bed with accessible sockets.||Balcony overlooking the cathedral.||Tlwo streets back from the marina, 15 mins to castel.||Will definately return, thanks

Perfect for my short stay in Alicante. Excellent location in the old town, close to many restaurants, but still pretty quiet. Room had everything I needed and great for the price. Caroline was very helpful and responsive with all communications.

An excellent location, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. When I arrived, I realized another guest was already staying in the room assigned to me, and I had to personally explain and prove that the room was mine so the situation could be resolved. Although you pay extra for a private bathroom, there was no hot water available, and the shower drain was faulty, causing water to collect inside the cabin while showering. Basic amenities were lacking as well: there was very little toilet paper with no replacement, and the towel set was incomplete. Additionally, rooms are not cleaned during a two-night stay. Communication was also challenging, as there was no English-speaking staff member available. Given all these issues, it’s difficult to understand the five-star ratings. * The owner admitted in her reply that she leaked my private information (name and room details) to another guest via WhatsApp. Furthermore, while she acts polite here, her private messages to me were unprofessional and rude, claiming that I should be satisfied with "having the privacy of the bathroom" despite having no hot water in January. A massive breach of both privacy and professional ethics.

My room was pleasant with a balcony overlooking a charming Street. The receptionist (Caroline) gave useful information on the local area. Location of the Hotel is great!
