This is the most beautiful pension and accommodation spot! The view and garden is incredible. Alice and Raphael are very friendly and helpful. They spoke great English and helped call the tour companies we booked for our excursions. We have travelled all over the world and this is the most beautiful place. There are only 3 bungalows and a maximum of six guests at a time!

I was so happy to come back to Alice et Raphael. It was my second visit and it was beautiful as it was in the last time. The garden is well maintained and the bungalow is well cleaned and neat. I also live in the tropical island and I know how difficult to make it clean always like that! I can imagine how hard they work to welcome guests. The foods were also delicious with seasonal local fruits and fish. What I like is the harmony with the nature. Simple but more than enough. I believe this is the way not only for the vacation, but to live for the future. If you would like to have the best experience of the real paradise, it is here. Maururu Alice and Raphael!

Our time at Alice et Raphael was amazing, this is the peaceful getaway we wanted. |||| No tv, no electronics just nature at its very best. They are powered by solar and use water desalinization. This Guesthouse option is amazing.|||| The family pets will take you on a walk :) and a transport can be arranged to the main island. || ||There are three beautiful cabanas to chose from, and airport transfer is included. ||||Excursions will pick you up off the dock, after they carefully walk the boat in. |||| We stayed in November of 2019, Sorry for the late review, we had an amazing time!

My boyfriend and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago after a few days in a hotel in Moorea. Alice and Raphael were just the perfect hosts, the Motu was just lovely, our hut looked out across the garden to the beach facing Bora Bora mainland, well decorated, cosy, with plenty of space and one of the best showers we encountered on our travels to date. Alice cooked for us every night and the food was sublime, nothing fancy but just excellent home cooked food and plenty of it! We are currently fending for ourselves in New Zealand and missing Alice's food desperately. Raphael was charming, both had excellent English and nothing was too much trouble. We visited the mainland and Rapahel arranged the scooter hire for us and dropped us off and brought us back again. We also did the lagoon trip which was epic. The children were just lovely and very entertaining when trying to avoid Alice putting them to bed, we also adored the cats and dogs and loved paddling in the shallows with the dogs (the cats preferred to hang in the main building) and it really felt like a home away from home. An excellent stay and would absolutely stay again (if only the flight from the UK wasn't so long!), thank you for a wonderful time, Pension Alice and Raphael is sorely missed.

Definitely a slice of paradise! Wonderful and high quality garden bungalows, each of which has a spacious shower, sink and toilet and a wonderful tahitian king size bed made of bamboo and a mosquito net around. Everything is super clean, high quality with thoughtfull touches yet simple. There is no refrigerator in the rooms, no A/C, no glass windows or mosquito doors but we were always comfortable! ||Best thing is, the place is completely self sufficient with solar powered energy supply, water and sewage, fully in harmony with nature, just like it's owners. Alice and Raphael are wonderful caring and generous hosts. It was a gift to get to know them, their kids and lovely pets.

Alice and Raphael are very friendly and helpful and discussing with them was very interesting. The bungalows have the best (!) view and are very comfortable (a good mix between comfort and luxus with nature-friendly living and materials). If you are searching for a calm place to relax, you will be, like us, willing to go back and recommend this place.

We spent a total of 7 nights at this Pension. We stayed in guest house 2 for 5 nights then returned a week later and stayed in guest house 3 for 2 nights. |I recommend this Pension to anyone who wishes to experience a quiet and peaceful visit to BoraBora. There are activities you can participate in at the Pension and it is possible to get involved in activities around Bora Bora. |The meals at the Pension are superb. |The ambience is mesmerizing. The greens and blues, even when overcast or during rain is visually stunning. |Each guest house is impeccably clean when you arrive. They are quaint, private and detailed. Many personal touches. It is eco-friendly. |Alice and Raphael and family are terrific hosts. There is no pressure. Just a nice feeling.

Wonderful yet simple bungalows in a true paradise garden. This is the only pension / family hotel on a motu in Bora Bora and offers exactly the same flair and gorgeous views of the crystal clear blue/green water and main island that you normally only get when staying in one of the luxury resorts. The place is completely self sufficient in terms of power, water supply and sewage, 100% solar powered and as eco-friendly as any home or business can possibly be. With wonderful complementary breakfast, great drink and food options all day and free kayaks, this place is outstanding value and almost too good to be true. We were pleased to meet Raphael and Alice‘s wonderful family and their cute pets! Thank you for making our time in Bora so great!
